The fountain was carved out of pieces out of adoquin stone from the quarry near Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. Johnson spent more than a year adorning the fountain with hand cut glass & mosaic tiles. The Fountain of Life Reflects the history & nature of the desert community. There are 3 central columns made of Stone. The big horn sheep, fishes, lizards, tortoises, birds, shells, wildflowers & others, all surround the Sculpture. These are elements that are native to this area from both the present & the past. The rooster and hen represent the importance of family in multi cultures. A Cahuilla basket pays tribute to the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, who gifted the soft surface which helps enhance the safety factor for Kids. I checked in and was initially told that the help I wanted wasn't at this office and was available online. I had looked, but didn't find it. I was pointed to a computer and it had access to so much information. I got all my information and wanted things printed out. I went to pay and sat with a clerk that was beyond helpful. What I found was nothing like my expectations. Friendly, extremely helpful, and people really wanting to help me, not just do the job. I had to go again, recently, and had the same experience. Helpful and all around good people. Nobody wants to pay, but at least I had to pay in a nice environment.

I need a referral to a general contractor and or electrician,gentleman and a young lady sitting outside talking and smoking,I told him what I mean and the man like me inside to a woman in the front right of the building, this lady who would not even look at me since she would not get out any referrals. however lady in the back of silver hearing the conversation came out and tried to assist me as well as one other person inside. I don't you know who these people work for exactly the county the community the city? however roads are poor ,trash is not included in property taxes there is no sewer system installed unless you pay for your nose, yet they are trying to get us Incorporated for the sole purpose of paying the volunteer firefighters most Hoover on professionally trained or qualified. to me raising taxes and incorporating means truly good roads a real police department sewers and trash service included, we have none of these!
