While this place has a extremely good selection of beautiful designer glasses, both my husband and I were AMAZED by the 3 people working there. I felt like I had entered someone's home and should've called first. They literally do not get up out of their chairs to greet you, or, while I walked around for 45 minutes, come over and ask if you need any help. They are hilarious. They just sit there. When I approached the 3 of them, the snarky guy said something I couldn't understand. I asked him to repeat it and I still couldn't understand but the ladies laughed. These 3 got a cushy job, they just sit there and do nothing. When I did ask for a quote, the guy told the woman to do it and she came up with a figure that was over $200 from what I found on a Lenscrafter site when I got home. I saw things on my bill I've never even heard of, and I've had eyes my entire life. Then, after the shock wears off and you go to pay, you're informed of a 3.5% "service charge" to use your credit card because, you know, everyone carries a few hundred with them in cash just in case they decide to have their eyes examined. Place is huge, looked clean and, once again, the people were nice. I haven't been nickel and dimed while bent over in a back room this hard since the last time I was in Vegas (boy, I spent a year there that night). Get your prescription elsewhere and get your glasses here. No exam! You'll thank me later.
