Sat in the lobby for over an hour past my appointment time. Got a traveling Dr. who doesn't even…read morework here. Then sat in the exam room for another 25 minutes as the traveling dr. was talking on the phone about his own personal practice with some business partner. They also refused to adjust my frames unless i rebooked a new appointment despite saying they'd adjust them if they don't sit right for life if I order from them. But, they also are backed up so I had to wait months for an appointment. Keep in mind, I went through this just days after getting new glasses, where the older women behind the desk refused to touch them saying "they are fine" when they aren't. I went back the following day, and the younger women said "wow, these were really off" so clearly the old cranky one had a personal issue. When they needed more adjusting 10 months later is when they refused and said I was due for an appointment so they "cannot help me". Even when I rebooked, the women said only AFTER my appointment will they fix them. What a load of #*#@. I'm forced to have headaches for months because someone has an ego. Nice. No where is that policy written btw. Also, keep in mind they will LIE about your insurance being in network. VSP is NOT in network with this location. They will say yes just to get your business then surprise you with a huge bill when you expected a $70 copay for contact lense fitting and eye exam. What a bunch of unprofessional people man. The attitudes. The extremely long waits, not respecting my time, refusing to fix glasses where I bought all the fancy upgrades for it and STILL get blown off. By the way, the upgrades don't help at all. Don't waste the hundreds of extra dollars on the reflection free upgrade, it's still impossible to see out of them at night while driving and I HAVE to wear contacts at night if I want to see.

The communication absolutely stinks for a doctor's office. Communication is Number 2 over quality services. They failed miserably. One prescription caused some hearing loss by side affects. I would never recommend this office for your health and safety. Of all the staff I saw there during my appointment and NOBODY CAN CALL YOU BACK IN 3 DAYS!!!! Very poor operation. I was assured everything would be covered by my insurance and that I wouldn't owe anything at checkout. A few weeks later, I received a bill for what was labeled as a major care procedure--even though all I had done were X-rays. It turns out they used a panoramic X-ray machine that isn't considered preventive care, but this was never explained to me during the visit. When I called to ask for clarification, the staff member simply said, "you should know that," which was very unprofessional. I'm now hesitant to return for a cleaning and will likely be looking for a new dentist in the area. Clear communication and transparency about billing go a long way--unfortunately, that wasn't my experience here. -Update 10/08/2025 I went in today for my scheduled cleaning, checked in, and waited about 10 minutes in the lobby before being told that my appointment was canceled--solely because I had left a negative review the day before. This kind of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. Rather than addressing patient concerns, they chose to retaliate against honest feedback. Between the surprise billing from my first visit and now being refused service for sharing my experience, I can't recommend this office to anyone. Don't go here unless you want to waste your time and money. Transparency and professionalism clearly aren't priorities here.

Firstly, I was told…read moreI was fully covered by my Medicare and Medicaid Insurance, and would have nothing to pay. 30 minutes into my first treatment and the owner comes in and says I owe $322. After a few minutes of to and fro she agrees to half it. Then my dentures were made and they were more gums than teeth. I don't know how they altered them, probably re-made them, but now they look like rabbit teeth. They are very painful and I have been back 6 times to have them slightly altered. Now, 3 months later, I can just about wear them for about an hour a day. Still very painful, also loose. I can't eat anything with them, can barely talk, they've fallen out completely a few times. The dentist said to me, rather than keep coming back, why don't you just use Polygrip. That said it all to me.
