Once again we didn't feel as if we were rushed out. They took the time to listen to every single issue and made sure my daughter wasn't scared or nervous. After waiting for about an hour one of the staff members who has been so incredibly kind came out and referred us to a different urgent care. Due to an influx of people coming in with chest pain I just kept getting pushed back. She was honest and very remorseful about how long we had been waiting. Even though I was unable to get treated their kindness and and concern for me made me feel very taken care of. They also referred us to a urgent care that was able to get me in almost immediately. I highly recommend this urgent care purely due to their kind staff, BUT get into the queue online prior to going in! I wish we had known about this.

His foot was bleeding profusely when we went in and the foot was wrapped in a towel. He is elderly and had a hip replacement 2 wks ago. Also is a diabetic and a bleeder. At the desk, they were more concerned with checking to make sure we could pay rather than check the bleed. They went through detailed information, asking if he still took some meds, several of which he had taken only 1 time 20 yrs back. I understand the need to check records but it doesn't take a rocket scientist to know the most important thing is to stop the bleed. There were at least 5 people working and only 1 patient. Although we were grateful for Samantha's cleaning and bandaging, overall we didnt feel totally confident of the judgement of the heavily tattooed staff.
