Old and rare bookstores I often find have great selection, and it did! The books were in great condition and for only around $5 each. The staff there were amazing to chat to. From manga to children's books, horror, romance, history and old, leather-bound books. I loved it here. Can't wait to come back :)

Worse, is the layout of the place, which is ridiculous and a dreadful maze. The rows are not linear. You will get lost. What was funny was that there were 12 people in the place when we were there and every single one of us got lost at one time or another.

Now as Indigo, it has an even fresher appearance! Lots of parking in the lot out front. I just don't like the front door handle that is oddly shaped and difficult to grab. It doesn't even look like a door handle!

There is a bald and short man who spends hours in Starbucks every evening until the store is closing. He often takes magazines and books from Indigo without paying. Not sure if Indigo staff realize that or not. The last time I saw him doing this was on July 27, 2023 around 6 to 7 pm. Indigo may need to review recorded surveillance camera footage and transaction record during that time.

They had them organized in different sections like modern, ergonomic, comfort, etc. They do have a wide range of chairs from gaming ones, executive boardroom, to ones that are more for style than practicality. They didn't have every single chair they had on the shelf available for you to try unfortunately. They also had a weird wall of chairs that were Hollywood Squares style so there was no chance of getting up close to them lol. Still was an okay shopping experience. There was lots of space to browse and the staff let us take our time with it.

The staff have even suggested more affordable items which I found to be very honest and nice. The bad: it is difficult to find a staff member. There doesn't seem to be enough of them on the floor and rarely is their more than one cash open which makes for long lineups. I'll continue to shop at this location because it is clean and easy to navigate.

This is an incredible record store like the ones I remember from Toronto 20 years ago…read more This shop has staff who are well-versed in any questions that you might want to ask, as well as a great upstairs that has all of the latest hits, and most recent pressings of fantastic pieces. However, the thing that really stands out to me is their basement. And their basement they have records that I had only ever seen online. They have all of the anime soundtracks, and video game soundtracks, and to bring it back to the early '90s record shops, they have an entire rack of dollar discs. You can easily spend an entire afternoon just searching through the discount discs trying to find one or two that's stand out to you. That's what record stores used to be all about to me. And, if you go on record store day, they have the biggest selection I've seen anywhere.
