The rides were in great shape, they arrived on time and set up quickly and the 2 girls that were watching the kids were amazing they played with the kids and made sure everyone was safe instead of staring at phones like you would expect. The communication with the company was top notch They always answered right away they had their insurance and DOB certificates ready to go all done correctly. As a life long New Yorker I remember how fun block parties were when I was a kid in the late 80s early 90s and we wanted to bring that to the kids on our block and this company really helped us do that. He just said we are not going to set up your tent tonight, and they NEVER showed up. The next day, I was lucky enough to get a tent from another company. They could have ruined my event.
