Since my first interaction with the past director Katie it has been a great experience for my child. She has grown up so much and loved each staff member who has cared and fostered a caring and learning atmosphere for children. We have seen a girl who started out with some flaws and learned so much in each classroom she has been in with each teacher. It has been a great atmosphere for her and she loves to tell us about her day at daycare which we love to hear about as well. Currently she's in Enchantment A with Mr. Devyn who is so caring and compassionate about teaching his classroom. He brings a fun and engaging learning atmosphere to this classroom. I am also pleased to see my daughter making so friends here which wasn't easy before here. We appreciate being able to sign our daughter up for in school karate, dance, gymnastics, soccer, etc. Instead of having to scramble to all these activities after school. The school calendar is always busy and they always have activities planned from school year to summer camp. The educational tools and activities are enough to keep my daughter consistently engaged and happy. The facility itself is so clean too. My daughters favorite part is the "the green." The green is the play area for all the children to hang out. If you're looking for the best private daycare for your child look no further than The Gardner School of Dublin their staff is compassionate and they really care for the children here. A lot of the staff is still the same which shows a good work environment for them and stability for the kids that go there. We feel blessed to have found them and have never questioned that he wasn't getting the best care possible away from us. Academically he is ahead and is always appropriately challenged with the great preschool curriculum but also gets to exercise, play with friends, and generally be a little kid. Another thing that has stood out to use recently is how the CEO and upper management is handling the COVID-19 breakout. They are keeping us up to date, making informed decisions, and caring for their staff as well as the kids. There is a current plan and they are working on a continued plan to be able to pay the teachers while the school may be closed. They all take such good care of the kids year-round it makes me so happy TGS is willing to take care of the teachers and staff during this time of unknowns! The staff have always been very receptive to any concerns or ideas and how to implement them into his day. They will talk to me about any successes, or even road blocks he encountered throughout a day and describe how he succeeded in working through it, or how they worked with him to work around issues. Even just coming in to pick him up and them telling me how something he did made them laugh is really fun, and I get the sense that they care about each kid in this way and how they grow. When you come and pick you're child up at the end of the day, and they are bummed that they are getting picked up, I take that as a sign they were having fun and enjoying the environment. And I feel like the teachers do a great job and keeping the room fun, while still challenging and teaching them tools that they will need further down (in school or otherwise).

As an educator myself, it is easy to tell when childcare centers "fake" the curriculum to make it easy on themselves and their teachers. This isn't the case at Teaching Tree! I recommend the Teaching Tree without reservations to any and all in the Dublin/Powell/Delaware area. In fact, they may be worth a further drive than that! Enchanted Care is by far the best place my kids have ever gone for care. They have been to both the…read morelearning center and also the kids campus and It has been a great experience. The staff has a way of structuring their day but making it fun and giving the older kids the freedom they so much desire. They are very understanding and on more than one occasion brightened my day. They are very good at determining what behavioral issues they can handle and which should be escalated for parents. When a problem does occur they address it and move on. My children have become loving , caring , inquisitive people because of Enchanted Care. I've became a better mother because of Enchanted Care while all the time feeling like I was the greatest mother already.

My son has autism, has little speech and has sensory issues. We did not find out until he had been at the facility for a week that they weren't allowing him to eat the lunch brought from home, so he had no safe foods. They were giving him school lunch, saying he at the whole thing but he wasn't eating much, if anything at all. We only found out that he wasn't eating at school because my oldest went for a full day, wasn't allowed to eat her packed lunch and then they told us she ate all of the school lunch provided. They also told my daughter that they tried to call me but I wouldn't answer; they never called me. Why lie to a child? Why wouldn't they just call, considering this was her first full day. They had been consistently falsifying the parent communication . Once we called them out on the falsification, we learned that based on the communication, my special needs child didn't eat until his after nap snack on several occasions. From 8:30am - 2:30pm without any food. The staff always seemed to wish they were anywhere else, never smiling and always short with us. My husband walked in on several occasions to hearing both kids and staff yelling, "no!" towards my son. I understand that special needs children might be challenging but we were very honest about his needs and the director acted like she understood and that they would be able to accommodate. They didn't. I can't think of anything more heartless than to not feed a child that can't communicate their needs. After 3 weeks at the center, I informed the director that I would be removing my son, effective immediately. She said that because I didn't provide a 30-day notice, we had to pay for another month-- we had been there less than a month at this point. Between one toddler and a school aged, we were out $3500 for being there for 3 weeks.

Even though we live in a community with a nationally ranked public school system, we chose Wellington because of the small class size and personal attention that a school of Wellington's size can deliver. We have not been disappointed. Our children thrive academically. They also have the opportunity to be in the band, play three different sports (lax, basketball and soccer) throughout the year without worries of being cut from the team (Wellington has a "no cuts" policy) and they can be in theater productions. Wellington encourages diversity in student interests and demonstrates its commitment to diversity in its teachers and in the students it accepts. We selected Enchanted Care Learning Center based on recommendations from our family. It was a…read morefantastic decision. Both of our sons have thrived in the environment. The teachers and administrators care about their students and the curriculum is fun and age appropriate. We appreciate the level of communication we receive (daily reports of what the kids were up to, along with photos from the day), which allow us to engage in conversations with our kids when they say they "don't remember" what they did that day. We started each of our sons in intermediate class (age 3-4) and both have developed new skills, made new friends, and grown so much thanks to their teachers. We were also thrilled to learn that many of our neighbors send their kids to ECLC as well, so our boys are both entering elementary school with friends they've known for a few years.
