Here is the thing. It's dying... but all malls are. It still has a movie theater, a dicks sporting goods, and some kids play areas so I can't complain. It's true all the food places have closed and most shops are vacant. But it's christmas and no crowds so that's nice. You can go across the parking lot to Target if you want a crowd. read more

This mall is on the smaller side, but that doesn't mean it lacks variety. There are stores here from clothing to comic books. And even an arcade! I recommend this mall to people looking for a relaxing day of browsing. I do not recommend this to avid shoppers for there is less selection in items. The food court has 2 places to get food, so its quite small but yummy! read more

I used to love this place, but they have lost so many stores and food places. It's a ghost town from what it used to be.

This mall has changed quite a bit since it's early beginnings over 20 some years ago. I remember when it was built and it was "the place" to come hang out. Lots of stores have come and gone...even a store I used to work in. Now, you'll find only some basic stores...like JC Penny, Elder Beerman, Sears, American Eagle, Bath & Body works and a few others. It looks like a Dick's sporting goods is about to open where Hills used to be. There is also a church that moved into one of the spaces called "Church in the Mall" (appropriate). I thought that was a cool idea. This is a good place to come if you're a mall walker or on a rainy day and don't want to go to Easton or Polaris where much of the high end stores are. It's not bad....but, I've experienced better. read more

This mall is in desperate need of help! There are no retail stores left & it's virtually a ghost town these days. Take my advice & drive the extra 15 minutes to Easton! Not sure why they made updates if there are no stores! read more

Good small town mall. All the basics... just the basics... Definitely not the worst small town mall I've ever been to in all my travels... but it could defiantly use a makeover... and some more stores to fill up all the empty spaces... But the economy is what it is... guess you can't blame the mall for that... As mentioned in previous reviews, it does have a couple name brand department stores and several other name brand stores in between.... several other local stores that give it the home town feel... Good size food court for a mall this size.... and there is the famous Millers... an Amish bakery and food place that sells lots of gift items too... I wouldn't make a special trip here, but if you happen to be passing by, its worth a look around.. read more

I really want to love this mall. But there is no food (if you want to count Auntie Anne's). It's a ghost town, and after the children's "play area" was moved into the Cafeteria area, the food places disappeared. This place needs some help to save it! I don't want it to leave, but come on. They also recently lost Hibbett and Elder Beerman it's ridiculous. read more

This mall started going downhill 15 plus years ago and just can't get back. Sears and JC Penney will be closing soon and the food court has been non existent for many years. Need to look at more of an Easton type shopping area. read more

I've been to plenty of malls in my life; spending much of my teen years in centers that are long gone due to building of new centers and falling on hard times. I enjoy the small town mall atmosphere, especially since we live in the country now. It's wonderful to wait in lines while checking out in one of their many stores, when there are folks running about. The owners are really trying to build the mall up in the past couple years. I spoke with some people while shopping this spring. They are completely redoing the food court, a new movie theatre, added in an adult church and child's church in 2 abandoned stores; creating a new atmosphere. I believe this mall will be around for awhile longer if planning works out and folks attitude change toward mall to as to decades ago: to where the day at the mall was a great family outing and a place to grow up in. read more

I have now been there twice and really enjoyed both experiences. Small town friendly atmosphere and we found great deals. I walked out with more bags from a mall than ever from a mall. Well kept up and alot of places to go and see around it. My husband even said as we were leaving that he really liked this mall. We both give it thumbs up!! Sad to see such low rating and reviews were pretty positive but gave a low rate. Glad I didn't listen to the low star ratings and checked it out for myself. Glad my rating just bumped the stars one full star!! read more

This is for the movie theater, One person working at the desk. And when in the theater, the sound was muffled, and the lights were never dimed(was watching captin america civil war) I told the lady up front and nothing was done. Truly pitiful. I will not be coming back to this theater. read more

Tried to have a bit of a working lunch but could not hear ourselves over the music in the food court. The level of music in the entire mall not just food court is unreal Have never been in any mall with music at that level. It was really bad. We ate and gave up on shopping. Also..appears they are putting a kids play area in the food court. The play area looked like it was actually used ie not at all in good shape. Had hopes for the mall when I saw they were doing a remodel. The very well worn looking food court castle and the unreal volume of music out us all off the place. read more

This is your typical mall. Nice food court, average stores, and an arcade. HOWEVER, Their movie theatre is over priced, and seats are broken. Sometimes my family will make the 40 minute trip to the Zanesville Mall. Their mall is very nice, and has a very cheap movie theatre with great seats. I pay almost $40 (for a family of 4) at the Heath mall, for $9 popcorn, and broken seats. At the Zanesville Mall, we pay around $25 (for a family of 4) for $5 popcorn, nice big movie theatre's and nice seats. Also the arm rests go up, so you can snuggle with your partner, unlike the Heath Mall. read more

There is basically no reason to go to this mall unless it is around Christmas time when they do manage to fill most of the vacant retail spaces. How does this place even stay open? The only reason I ever go there is to take my daughter to the indoor kid's playground. I haven't spent a red cent in this mall in years. When your mall starts to fill with local retailers, airbrushers and tattoo shops instead of national retail chains, you know your time is limited. They don't even have a bookstore there anymore, which was basically the only reason I ever went in the first place. read more

To Adam,New York,NY There is still a movie theater and it has never closed that I know of. The Mall my not be overwhelming but for a smalltown community I think it does fine. Not sure why there are empty storefronts other than the rent may be high compared to a strip mall. I just hope and pray it doesn't close because I think it has a lot of people working there who otherwise might not have a job! read more

this is a great mall I moved away and i miss it soo much. if your a stuck up shopping snob it's not the place for you. If your homey and nice its great. good honest people. it's a good family place! read more
