But we had fun here anyways. Camping. Fishing. Boating. Watching the Kennedy Space Center launches. Very friendly hosts and considerate neighbors. Nice to try a change from big KOA and FL/GA state parks. We'll be back!

Linda and Del are great, very friendly and reasonably priced. The location is fantastic, right on the water with great views. The sunrises are spectacular! And the dolphin are almost always playing around in the channel. They have full hook ups, including 50 AMP service, WI-FI, cable hook ups, showers and on site laundry facilities if you need them. So, whether your stay is for RV camping, fishing or renting one of their on site cabins, I recommend trying Mosquito Lagoon! It will be a fun stay.

Of note & sort of charming, were a couple of free range beautiful chickens and a gorgeous rooster that make their way through the park periodically. We are new at this and have only stayed at a few places close to home to try to get a handle on the RV life. We have a new Winnebaga Intent and there is a lot to learn. We stayed for a month and were parked across from someone who lives there permanently who had some very cute kittens running around for entertainment. Only 4 miles from a very nice beach community as well as the beach itself! Nice amenities. Very clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Not fancy but pleasant and peaceful. What is not to like?

This park has been extremely neglected. Management will put false violations on homes. They also discuss sensitive confidential information about their tenants to other tenants . The rent is consistently raised and they issued tenants 40 page long prospectus/ lease agreement that is unfair and rules in corporate favor and leaves home owners with little to no protection. The grounds are constantly saturated. Trees are dead , termite infested and root rotten. The stagnant water is causing mold and the waters always under boil water notice . Emails and complains go un answered and the electric goes out every time it rains . The new management tenants worked so hard to get is buddy buddy with the old management that neglected us for years . Run don't walk

After spending 7 days at Paramore's Campground I gotta say it was everything I was hoping it would…read morebe after reading the reviews before booking the campsite online. This campground is remote enough to drown out all the noise from the outside world but close enough that in only a few minutes you can enjoy a few small town restaurants and convenient stores and lots of outdoor adventures. The turn off Highway 40 is easy to navigate even with the largest MotorCoaches or fifth wheel trailers and although portions of the road is narrow it is a nice paved road all the way into the campground so if you get confused just remember stay on the pavement and avoid all side roads which are dirt and sand. The office is staffed by a wonderful and helpful group that makes the check-in process simple and really quick if you reserved your site online. The roads inside the campground are also paved and wide enough to navigate stress free. Our site was very level in both directions and all the utilities were in close proximity and well maintained. Although there are a number of full timers here everyone we met were so welcoming and friendly and all the sites were nice and neat, I can appreciate all the rules after staying here and that's definitely the reason this place is such a gem. There are plenty of amenities including a large pool, tennis courts and a basketball hoop, a laundry mat, camp store and lots of access to the water whether or not you have a boat or plan to rent one and although I didn't use many of the amenities it's oblivious they are well maintained like everything else on the property. This is definitely "Old Florida Charm" so don't expect a ritzy MotorCoach Resort experience which is exactly what is so attractive about this place, so if you're looking for a little R&R don't hesitate to book it and hopefully you can get in, it seems no one is in a hurry to leave here...
