I don't like to reference other restaurants in a review but the spicy chicken sandwich I got reminded me of old school Kelsey's buffalo chicken sandwich... if you ate this back in the day you know what I mean.... It's not the same at Kelsey's anymore but this one blew my socks off!! The service was excellent with a manager visit that ended in a pleasant conversation as a cheery on the top of a delicious lunch!!! Add some ice cold beer and this is easily a return visit!! Unfortunately I did not take any pictures due to the fact I didn't expect what I got and once I had taken one bite I couldn't stop! Thanks again!! Zeke

Fortunately, Curry House was just opening @ 4:00 pm. The service was prompt and friendly. Very warm and attentive servers. We ordered our standby dishes: chicken tiki masala and lamb saag with mulligatawny soup and garlic naan. The quality of the ingredients, flavor and presentation were superb. We love Indian food and have sampled the best across the country and abroad. These dishes could rival any of the places we've dined. In fact, the saag looked more inviting than is typical for most saag dishes. It's creamed spinach, which is, well...... green, the quality of baby food purée. I live my spinach so I have grown to cherish this fish; however, most adults cringe just a bit. This saag has less cream and a variety of other colorful, sautéed veggies. Absolutely delicious. The Marsala was also perfect. Chunky onions, perfect flavors and tender chicken. We were also offered crispy chips and sauce upon arrival and dessert bites at the end, on the house. Nice touches. My only disappointment was the naan. It was doughier that crispy and thin, which I prefer. Just "OK". Overall, a wonderful, fully deserving 5-star experience.

Lots to see. My friends and I took to their patio which is located down by the creek. On the day we went it was sunny and warm, perfect for an outdoor meal. I love birds and there are plenty around, and pretty feeders to entice. My friends ordered burgers and fries. The fries portion sizes are huge here. Its likely best to share if you go with someone or order an extra small fry. Their burgers looked amazing! I dont eat beef, yet they were deluxe patties with cheese, bacon tomato and lettuce, plus mayo and ketchup. I ordered the avocado wrap and their house salad. It was so large and so tasty. The pickles which, came with, were quality pickles and to die for. I absolutely loved how quaint it was inside. It used to be the actual flour mill of Williamsford. Fully operational. As this was back in September I dont recall all the dates the man shared. However, when him and his partner took it over they did some renos in order to bring it up to code. When our order was ready, they brought it down to us on the patio. HEAVY plates and it was quite a distance to walk to deliver the food to us. I met them up the hill to help out. Upon ordering my coffee I was interested in their milk alternatives and the lovely man took his time displaying options for me and offering up samples of the "milks" so that I was pleased with my decision. In spite of customers waiting behind me. I was a little uneasy to have so many ppl behind me so I allowed them to be taken care of before I completed my coffee order. Really, really top notch, friendly, informative and pleasant owners. We had our lunch late and they were closing soon, yet they even stayed open to allow further time for us to all explore the varied books they have. While they cleaned and did the dishes. I would definitely return sometime again in the future. And it is well recommended!

Our server was unable to answer very basic questions about the menu. The menu says to ask about the special, so we did. Our server explained how the combo works, and when asked again about what the daily special is he repeated that the combo is popular here. - the location is serviceable, but I would recommend getting take out here and not sitting down to eat. - they didn't seem interested in giving us the bill, despite us being the only table there. I finally got up to go pay at the front, but the other server became very irritable and yelled for me to sit down as she would go bring the machine to me.

I really liked the consistency of the curry (not super thick or watered down). A good portion of paneer was given and it was cooked well (doesn't taste thawed out). The mango lassie is on point. Same serving size as the city and price is the competitive. Definitely recommend this place for everyone to try. It's very different from all the restaurants in town and gives a taste of Indian curry without going back to Toronto.
