I had the drip coffee (excellent) and watched as the barista prepared instagram-worthy espresso-based beverages for the customers before me. I took home a bag of their in-shop roasted coffee ("Cardinal", a medium-dark-roast Mexican bean) and was delighted with the flavour, clarity, and sweetness. The ladies were so easy to work with and friendly. I asked them if they could make a rhubarb filling cake, they responded with "we've never done one but sure".
