The menu was mostly in Swedish, and I was looking for something like the rich British Indian food I'd fallen in love with years ago, so I asked the waiter, who was in his fifties or older, for a recommendation in this category. He didn't hesitate in the slightest: "get the kashmiri lamb," he said. They had tikka masala, and I even asked if they had something "tikka masala like or better" so I really hadn't expected a lamb dish recommendation - which in my experience are rarely if ever served with rich and creamy sauces. He sensed my apprehension, and said: "if you don't like it, I'll get you something else." Impressed with his confidence, I agreed to the deal. Good call. Holy wow, it was good. Incredibly tender ribs of lamb (read: moister than you thought lamb could be) were swimming in a sauce as rich and creamy as any tikka masala, but oddly seemingly with more flavor.
