Ordered raised foil business cards for my new business, haven't started selling anything yet so I…read moream paying out of pocket from what little I was able to save up to make this purchase. I trusted them to make them look good but I never got offered a physical proof of it, only a digital one. When I got the cards, you can't even read a single word on any of them. The foil was thick on those areas and so you can't read any of the lettering. I wasn't given any options to get a physical proof before making a decision, I didn't even know you can request that. This little mistake cost me nearly $200 that I won't get back. I was offered a 50% discount to purchase more but I don't have that money right now. I was counting on these cards to get me in the door to customers to begin business and I spent what I had to do so. I am sure their work is excellent but for my first time, I did not get the best service and just wasted money which is delaying the start of my business. I already had issues with another business making my cards and wasted money on them so I searched for a more professional, local business thinking that there shouldn't be any fail with this one. I can't really use these cards because they don't look professional at all, they looks like a sloppy mess that makes it look like I made these myself and settled with the mess I made. Can't say I recommend this business, you just might waste a good chunk of your savings to get your foot in the door in a new business, saldy. I really hate leaving these sort of reviews, it doesn't feel good on my soul but I expected better and got very disappointed. Wish they had a refund or reprint policy

One of the things about small towns is the way you are treated - like a member of the family. This…read moreis how I was treated at Alex's. I walked in, needing some resumes printed on linen paper. I think Alex himself was the one who completed my job. Anyway, I was on vacation and probably had the "out-of-town" blank gaze in my eyes. I was told a short funny story about mule days (every memorial weekend), and even was wished good luck for my job search. Ya know, Bishop is a bit of alright. I love this area, Owens Valley. I think I'm home. Ok, reality check - its only a week vacation. But it is my favorite area and rekindles my faith in humanity time after time. I need to mention - there is a location listed for Alex's on W. Line, but DON'T go THERE - that's their previous place of business. They moved a yr ago, so don't be fooled by the online yellow pages (which typically screw up my business) - THAT's why I trust YELP.
