He also let a lot of water drain out onto an unpainted plywood floor with was aborbed into the plywood and took days to dry up. He complained about heat in the boiler room and how small the space was to work in. Finally on day three he was connecting thermostat wires to new boiler when he discovered some prior service tech had wired three of the 4 zones to one zone so now when a thermostat is calling for heat all zones are activated to reach the temp that zone 4 is set at.
