Completely unprofessional as she knows how long I've been attempting to reach them. When I eventually did get in touch with the owner, he casually admitted he hadn't even started our quote. I told him he'd had it for over a month and could have at least reached out to say there'd be a delay as I had been waiting for the project. His response? "Yeah, just haven't had a chance" and that he probably wouldn't be able to get it done, wasting over a months' time waiting on him. This level of service is unacceptable. We will not be returning.

Finally, after explaining we were told it was covered from a repair this year, they agreed it was under warranty, but on the service date no one showed up. They I had to spend multiple calls trying to get someone to come out. When they did, they told me that it would be hundreds of dollars to fix. I'm really disappointed with their service.
