It has been such a pleasure working with Jessica Huang and Inc Real Estate. Jessica was very professional and incredibly helpful on my first-time home buying experience. She provided answers and gave great advice to a lot of questions I had during the process. Very knowledgeable and responsive. Jessica was one of the best real estate agents I've worked with and would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home in OC or LA. Overall, great experience and smooth transaction working with Inc Real Estate. read more

Easy and smooth transaction from Journey Investments and Jessica Huang. They are my first go to for my next fixer sale. Thank you for helping my seller in a time of need read more

Do not list your property with this company!!!!! you will lose thousands of dollars!!!! I inquired about a property I was very interested in. They were the listing agents. They were rude on the phone, asked me why I wanted to buy it. They said it required work to fix it up. I'm thinking, why is the listing agent not wanting to show me this house, plus being so rude and abrasive on the phone? It was obvious they were discouraging the sale of the house. I watched this listing. It sold way under its listing price which was already lower than all the other listings in the area. Guess who bought it? Now the same house, 4 months later is re-listed by them for $200+ more. If I can put zero stars I would. This is a company you want to stay away from. They are not looking out for the clients best interest. I would Question the 5 star reviews. They are added for fluff. read more

Chris was incredibly helpful and a joy to work with. Not gonna lie, i thought i could do it on my own but what a jagged road that was. Chris instilled me with confidence in every step we took, yes, that WE took. Everything was done together. Loved working with that guy. Every transaction was smooth from start to finish and closing was just fantastic. I will recommend that guy all day. If you need someone with skills that pay the bills, ask for Chris, you won't regret it. Thanks again, Chris and Journey Investments/INC! read more

I will never accept another offer from INC Real Estate or Journey Investments, Inc. They made excuse after excuse why they did not remove their physical inspection contingency on Day 7 as agreed to in the RPA. Then on Day 15, which was supposed to be the day we closed escrow, the buyer's agent called to let me know that the buyer went back out to the property and now wanted a $60,000 credit! The seller declined and I sent a Cancellation of Contract immediately. The buyer took 7 DAYS to sign the Cancellation, and this was only after I sent them a Demand to Close Escrow. It was a terrible experience from beginning to end. read more

These guys at Inc/Journey are the lakers of real estate. The guy in charge, Nick Diaz, is Tom Brady because he knows how to close on time and without any problems, and the rest of the team are the wind beneath his wings. Nick, Chris, Kristie and the entire Inc Real Estate Corp crew are truly a one stop shop for any of your real estate needs! They handled the sale of my last home, secured me non-conventional financing (which I needed based on my credit situation), found me a my new home and eventually handled my refinance of my current home mortgage. Starting with the sale of my previous home, Chris dove right into getting my home listed, blasting mailers all over the surrounding neighborhoods, and staged an open house the first weekend the home was on the market. A few days later, we had multiple offers and quickly got me into escrow. Chris made the entire process as stress free and smooth as possible. Chris ensured I got top dollar for my home and fought for me every step of the way with the buyers! During the same time, Chris hustled to find me the listings I was interested in. He constantly sent me listings and options to consider in the purchase of a new home. He offered sound advise throughout the process of looking for and bidding on new homes. Once in escrow, Chris once again worked diligently to ensure a smooth process while making sure to cover all the details. All the while, Nick constantly checked in to ensure all my needs were being met and that I was happy. Thanks to Nick's various resource, I was able to secure non-conventional financing to accommodate my situation at the time. Once I was settled into my new home, Nick and Chris quickly turned me over to Kristie who immediately got to work on refinancing my loan. Kristie was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable and diligent in securing me an outstanding refinance. A few weeks later, I had a 30 year fixed loan with a 3.75% interest rate....saving me a large amount of money on my monthly payment. Nick, Chris, Krisite and the entire Inc Real Estate Corp are as good as it gets in the real estate game and I have them to thank that I'm living in my dream home!!! Full recommendation, they're AWESOME! read more

TOP DOLLAR GUARANTEED!!! Chris and the Inc Real Estate team is top notch! They helped me sell a condo that was owned by multiple family members. Chris came to my house, told me what touch ups I should do to help it sell faster... From there his marketing team hit the streets passing out fliers, doing mailers and blasting all the websites to get my place in the spotlight (not to mention pictures so crisp and clean we actually thought about not selling for a second it looked so good) Chris has an army of well educated employees to help in every aspect of the process. They did such a phenomenonal job we actually got almost 10k more than we originally expected for it. I have no sold and purchased from these guys and they are even better when shopping for a house. 100% recommend for the best there is no one else. read more

horrible company. unethical and con men. i had a transaction with agent kenneth (ken) webb. he was deceitful and misleading. this company is dishonest, has a reputation for making erroneous fake cash offers and then ghosting the escrow and transaction, leaving you embarrassed and tying up the property from being sold to real tangible buyers. they do this in an effort to defraud the seller and strong arm the seller into reducing their sales price. this is a tactic they use. *****avoid them at all cost***** very bad company****** read more

Awesome group of people. They were all helpfull from day 1 till my modefication was complete. I would definitely referr them to any friends and or family. read more

Worked with Chris and Nick and both are awesome at what they do! I would highly recommend INC Real Estate. Thank you!!

I can't tell if these reviews are skewed and written by friends of theirs, but one of their guys Chris was supposed to help us in negotiation real estate matters. I provided him with the proper documents a day or so later and told me he'd follow up in a couple days. A couple days went by, no phone call was returned so I called his office again e and his secretary mentioned that he'd call me back later that day. 2 or 3 days went by (I figured maybe he was really busy) and no phone call. I called at least 1 more time and has yet to return my phone call. It's been a month since then and I ended up having a different and more professional company help. If you can't help someone, at least be professional and return a potential client's call and honestly communicate; especially when they're giving you THEIR confidential information. So yeah. I don't recommend coming here for their help. read more

Thanks to them I am currently a "Happy Homeowner" once again. Thanks to them!! I prayed for help and God sent me these killer angles. They are sharp, quick and just straight out amazing!!! read more

I reached out to Christian Fernandez after being unhappy with the realtor I was using to find a home. 15 minutes after speaking with Chris, I knew he was my guy to find my new family home. I shared with him the area we wanted to be in, as well as our requirements of the home and square footage - and he then viewed every home available on MLS and did a comp comparison to narrow down the list to the best deals available. We set up appointments to see those homes - and Chris said we could expand our search to the houses that weren't the best bang for the buck if we needed to see more. Chris has gone above and beyond for the entire process, there was never any pressure to use any of his folks, but he had plenty of referrals if I wanted them for loans, appraisals, contract work, you name it. The staff in his office was beyond helpful as well. So glad we dumped our average-Joe realtor and hired Chris! read more
