It took almost two full weeks to hear back with a, "I hear you reached out to us, what can I help you with". So I had to ask the long, specific question yet again. No reply at all. I did not get any response at all once I got connected with this person. I am looking for a person to help me make a series of videos for my website business. I will be heading south to Portland, and make a trip of it (go shopping and out to eat in Portland). Wish I could have gotten some feedback from a place neared my Brewer office.

A few weeks ago, I was leaving a business meeting in Bangor, Maine and saw the Coffee News logo on the building directory. I had to stop in to see if this was "the" Coffee News. Well, wouldn't you know!! I stopped in to to say hello and the staff couldn't have been more hospitable given my abrupt entrance into their office. I even got a picture with their mascot, Bill and they sent me home with branded notebooks, pens, a bucket hat and a long sleeved shirt. Thank goodness for those unexpected gifts, because my flight was delayed later that night and I only had that Coffee News shirt to keep me warm on the floor of JFK International Airport! Don't let the tiny little building and strip-mall location fool you; this place is one of the most efficient UPS stores I've been to anywhere. It may not be big inside and yes, there was a wait (I was there over the lunch hour too), but the staff was moving things along as efficiently as possible (multitasking, honestly) and getting it all done. Also, doing all of the above--including the notary seal--was under $20, which was amazing!
