I started my job a few months ago and have been working with Sutherland Weston on a regular basis. I'm part of a family owned/local business and couldn't be any happier with the support I get from this group. When I have a question, they promptly answer, whether it be by phone/email/or a visit to my work to get things on track. They have gone above and beyond to assist me with our website and videos. I've received cheat sheets, hands on learning, and phone calls/emails, and lots of patience! I leave their office feeling confident in my ability to manage items on our website but if I have any concerns or ideas, they listen and give me honest advice. It truly feels like they always have our businesses best interest in mind and to me, that's quality service.
I also want to say that I appreciate the fact that they check in if they haven't heard from me for a couple weeks just to be sure I'm happy with our website. I can honestly say that I haven't had any negative experiences with Sutherland Weston - and I've worked with a couple people there who work incredibly well together.
