It took almost two full weeks to hear back with a, "I hear you reached out to us, what can I help you with". So I had to ask the long, specific question yet again. No reply at all. I did not get any response at all once I got connected with this person. I am looking for a person to help me make a series of videos for my website business. I will be heading south to Portland, and make a trip of it (go shopping and out to eat in Portland). Wish I could have gotten some feedback from a place neared my Brewer office.

There was some confusion about the printing job and as I was traveling for business my schedule was packed. When I had a moment, which was after closing times, I called and hoped I got at least an answering machine. I got a live person, Elena. Not only did she go above and beyond by answering the phone after hours which was a lifesaver, she did everything in her power to get the job done by early next morning. The staff went early the next day to make sure the printing was on time for first thing in the morning, which was before the store was open. The job done as requested, no corners cut, even with the short turn around time.
