Needless to say, the boat had many issues and we were desperate to get it looked at quickly - so we called Marina of Avon and let them know we were in the neighborhood and would like to come by to pick up some odds and ends. Within 10 minutes, we pull up and are serviced immediately - well beyond what we knew we needed. They checked our motor, electricity, the pontoons - without an appointment and late on a Friday. Without these nice people (it's a family owned shop) we would have been duds in the water and we are forever grateful to them for granting us our sea legs. Go here is you want honest and attentive service for your boat.

It's under warranty but I have literally had it at a boat repair place more often then I've had it on the water. Fortunately I've been able to get some help from the boat manufacture. Tom ran from this problem and did whatever he could to not help me. I live 7 hours from the dealership and found the boat online. When they delivered the boat conveniently they were unable to water test it with me ( dumb of me to not insist that we water tested it but I trusted them). I'm certain that was because Tom knew about the issue that the boat was having and he wanted to sell me a lemon. I had the boat loaded with people for our first trip on our new boat and it didn't start. I've had to swim in a 2012 boat 5 times in the 2 months that I've owned it! Tom lacks integrity and I would strongly recommend that you don't buy a boat from Family Marine.
