He gave me realistic expectations and practical advice as well as some great deep tissue work. He uses an arsenal of massage techniques and is knowledgable on human anatomy. Your therapist picks you up from there and your start you session. There are many hallways and I would guess 15 massage rooms. Tabitha was professional and asked frequently if temperatures and pressures were ok. She was willing to tailor the session to target only the areas bothering me. A 50 min introductory massage there is discounted, $49.99 instead of $79.99. There is also a membership club that you can join for $59.99 a month and it counts toward a monthly massage and some other perks. Overall, just as good as some private massage establishments I have visited.

What disappointed me was the mess behind the front desk and the semi unprofessional dress of the masseuse (flipflops?). The place was not dirty, but was extremely untidy. Before the massage even started, I had my reservations. The temp after undressing was a bit cold, but probably my own fault for not asking for the temp to be raised. The one pro was that I feel she did do a nice job for the massage, and it lasted the whole hour. Perhaps I had higher expectations because of my past experiences and expected a more dark, alluring spa type treatment, but again, maybe that is what it is like in Omaha unless you are going to a spa or salon like Aveda. I will have to wait and find out. All in all, a work in progress and perhaps it will be better in the future, but i will not likely be back again.
