I booked an hour full body & Tess was my massage therapist. She was great to work with. Keep in mind this was my 2nd massage in my life ‍ she made me feel very comfortable & helped me stay relaxed. We had a good consultation prior to getting started. Asking me if I had any areas of discomfort or if I preferred her to focus on; which I did and she delivered. Throughout the session she would check in with me as far as pressure & comfortability; helping me place my arms in different places so i remained comfortable throughout our session. I could tell this was not her 1st rodeo. 5 stars, highly recommend & I will definitely be returning! Oh and bonus of a cute plant place across the street. Actually a great location if you wanted to make a morning/ afternoon of it. Downtown Monroe; lots in walking distance!
