Earlier today I couldn't remember that it was on via Ventura exit so I stopped at another gas station & burrito grill and pad 9.00 for my burrito. Consumer Reports recommends only getting Top Gear gas because of value of the extra additives. Most of the better gas stations dispense Top Tier rated gas including Costco gas. Sadly the local gas prices are driven by the monopoly Circle K has in Phoenix Metro area. Yet, Circle K doesn't pay the few extra pennies per gallon to add the additives to reach the Top Tier grade gasoline standard. I'm fortunate to live near this Sinclair station. I drive by several Circle K's that are charging on average 30 cents more per gallon to buy gas at this location. I hope they keep charging a fair price for gas, and I will keep supporting them as my favorite gas station in the area.

I usually fill up at Costco but didn't have a card so I looked at what was in the area via Gasbuddy. I saw this gas station and honestly had no idea it existed. I read that it used to be for Sam's Club before they closed, which makes sense. Just didn't realize Walmart now owns it. Anyways, I had just 5 gallons left and needed to fill up nearby, and this fit the bill. I stopped by on a weekday mid-afternoon and pulled right into an empty spot. The machines take debit or credit cards, and the station is open 24/7 if you're using either payment method. Knocked it down a star because my receipt didn't print, and when I pulled at the receipt tape, it gave me the one from the previous transaction. Not a huge deal but not ideal. I don't shop at Walmart nor do I want to support it, but when presented with no other good options, this was my solution. Also, it was $0.05 cheaper than the neighboring Costco which was nice. Will I be back? Not willingly, Costco cash back is still a better deal, but I do appreciate that this was an option when I needed it.

This is the gas station that is closest to my house so that's the reason why I have stopped various times, but after a year of poor service, I decided that I would drive the extra few blocks to get my gas and snacks at a different gas station. The customer service has been poor every time I have stopped by. The gentlemen working there will pretty much ignore you when they don't have anybody at the front desk until you ask for help. When they aren't ignoring you, they carry out your transaction without eye contact, or any kindness at all. I don't know if they are like this with everyone but it's been my experience. I think a year of giving them a chance is way more than enough time.

Have been watching it being built and gassed up there for the first time recently. Used some Fry's rewards and only paid $2.99 per gallon with no wait time. Did not go inside the convenience store building on the site, but that is also a plus over other Fry's Fuel locations as most just have a clerk in a window structure and not many shopping options. This is a convenient location on our way home from work or family so we will likely frequent this for fuel fill-ups in the future.
