I didn't realize I left a review here in 2018 but I have a big update…read more I spent 20 years of my life in retail. And the thing about customer service, you really find out how good or bad it is when something goes wrong. For years we would stop in every time we drove to the coast or Paso for some wine tasting. A little over a year ago on one of these trips we stopped in and found something that I had been on the hunt for years, a Marantz 2275. I just love the way these look and sound and this one looked pristine. Price was fair for condition and I was told by the owner Manuel that it had been serviced and had a partial recap. It was love at first sight and big shocker, my wife said "Get It!" (Did not see that one coming) Take it home, hook it up and it sounds great, had a few moments of buzz or something in the first few hours that I chalked up to "50yr old receiver" things. Then the buzz turned into pops and the receiver went into protect mode. Not good. I mess with it for a few days and finally call the store. I agree to drive it up and assured it has a warranty and will be taken care of. I and gonna montage this now. It goes in and out of service and problem persists. At around the 6 month point it's looking like this whole experience is going to be a bust. That's when Manual found another technician. Let's try this again, over the next few months it ended up getting a full recap and this thing should be rock solid, well it's not, the problem persists. And then the root cause was found. It took a long time but it is absolutely now as pristine as one of the can be. I want to point out some reasons why the is an excellent display of good customer service especially taking into account that it was a full year from start to finish. 1. Every step of the way, refund was an option. 2. I was given a loaner to use after the first service didn't go well that I had for almost 11 months. 3. In all but one drop off the unit was picked up and dropped off at my house 100mi away (think about that) Shad, the technician that Traffic Records is now using is very very good at what he does in an age when not many know what to do with vintage electronics. Manual the owner of Traffic is as nice and honest a guy as you could hope to meet. Support this local business and check out their vintage gear. It's not just records!

Visiting from Nevada and was walking around and came across this place! I loved it! Great vibe and…read moregreat selections! Right as I walked in there was some cool hand Mande mugs with their logo on it from a local artist! I absolutely loved it! Has to get one for my dad. Sad I didn't find a record to add to my collection, but maybe next time. This place is totally worth checking out if you are walking around! I heard the guy talking to another customer, and it sounds like they can order stuff only and shipped to store. But again, just over heard. So maybe if there isn't something you see, ask to get it ordered.

We'd passed it a few times and kept making a mental note to stop by and check it out. On one of our last days in town, we finally visited and spent about 30 minute perusing the awesome selection of goods that the very cool and very approachable owner, Malik, has curated. There's a nice selection of vintage and new items, from books and records to clothing and decor. Prices are reasonable and with the jazz playing in the background, Satellite gives off a soothing, relaxing vibe. We grabbed a bag of locally roasted coffee beans and a card for a friend. We're trying not to add too much to our place, otherwise we would have loaded up on more goodies, as Satellite's style is right up our alley. (Wish I'd been smart enough to take pictures.) Pro tip: Satellite is really close to Bread Bike, Nautical Bean and High Street Deli. Load up on your way to/from Satellite. You'll be so proud of yourself.

Picked up a book of short stories from Japanese writers, and an amazing book with masks for my son. I can't wait to bring my husband here, he's going to love the book selection. I can't wait to have more time in those clothing racks

I was hoping to do getting like some worksheet thing or something so I can help learn a language which they do have a language section and it was just like kind of expensive. I don't really go to these franchise stores that often. Also, their bathroom is on the second floor. They took me later. Only two stalls were in the women's, so hopefully it never gets busy. It's nicely air condition. There's also like two benches right outside the front door. Some nice knickknacks café and a nice little children's section Definitely a wide variety of selection and a nice little clearance area

There is a great variety in prices, so if you are looking for a gift or something for a set price, this is an easy source to utilize. The only downside is the customer service at Barnes and Noble. It may be that I always visit when they are busy, but the staff never go out of their way to help, don't seek to care if you find what you are looking for, I have stood at the "customer service" desk several times and had the person at the desk completely ignore me. They didn't even offer an, "I'll be right with you." One even walked away to do something while I was standing there. Wow. All in all, I will still visit for my book needs, but I never expect good servic
