If he can't do it, he knows someone who can. In a small resort town, that is as good as gold. THANK YOU Loyd for ALL the great things you have helped us with. See ya soon :)

I have no motherboard and a broken battery on top of the initial broken backlight. He didn't call to say he was ordering a new motherboard for $700 when we'd agreed to a $250 screen replacement. When my boyfriend and I went in to find out why we hadn't heard back from him in three weeks, he went berserk on my boyfriend. He doesn't feel that he has to call customers to let them know he's doing different repairs and tripling the cost, and my boyfriend (himself a businessman) pointed out it was unacceptable business practice. The owner was so mad he threw office supplies around, called me angrily an hour later, and refuses to return my motherboard (which legally is nearly theft). I have filed a claim with the BBB. This isn't the first story of its kind I've heard about this company. BEWARE.
