Unfortunately after three years of making payments you have to take delivery and pay in full - even when they cannot find you a capable builder. If you have a builder who is knowledgeable and willing to build one of these packages your mileage may be beneficial. Unfortunately after going through an exhaustive search of builders I found it unfortunate to be unable to build from this package. In fact, the appraisal I had from the bank put this package upside down from the get go. I heard lots of negatives from the industry about the quality and type of logs. My recommendation is to definitely find a builder first. You'll likely find that it will be cheaper even with discounted (up to 50% off) packages to still have a builder source their own materials. Several of tens of thousands of dollars down the drain with an empty lot, no builder able to build reasonably (I was quoted around 200,000+ to build with a paid off package!). Do your research first.

The only downfall is that they were unyeilding with the lease, even when my apartment was broken into and cleaned out! I still had to stay until the end of my lease or pay until the end of it. I didn't speak with Mr. Hunter though, that may have helped me out. Other than that they are great property managers and I would definately rent from them again.
