awesome service great people fast and reliable always will use them. Recommend to everyone

This place is amazing! It was my first time in today and I called prior to arriving just to make sure I had everything I needed and pricing.. NICEST/SWEETEST women named amanda answered and assisted me in all those questions. As soon as I arrived I actually got to meet Ms. Amanda and she was so kind enough to help me with which washer and dryers I could use best for what I needed to clean. This establishment is SUPER CLEAN, it smells amazing as soon as you walk in, washer and dryers were in great condition and clean and the pricing was unbeatable. Thank you amanda for the help today. Definitely will be returning :) read more

We have been coming to this laundromat on and off for years. This establishment is well taken care of all the time! It's bright, very clean (including a sparkling restroom), which by the way also has a urinal for the males. They offer laundry services for a reasonable price. They have change machines, and play music that is fun! The ladies that take very good care of this laundromat are very friendly, kind and helpful! I highly recommend this little gem of a laundromat located in Winter Springs on SR 434. read more

I have used In-a-Snap Laundromat many times in the past and have generally had positive experiences. However, my most recent visit changed my opinion completely. I brought the same rugs I have washed there on previous occasions. Near the end of the wash cycle, a woman who appeared to be the owner or manager approached me and asked if the rugs in the washer were mine. When I said yes, she informed me that they do not allow rubber-backed rugs in their washers or dryers. I explained that I never dry these rugs because of the rubber backing and that I always check to make sure the backing is secure before washing them. She responded that she did not have time to inspect everyone's rugs. She then told me I could finish the load that was already in the washer. I was also surprised because I did not see any signs posted stating that rugs or rubber-backed rugs were prohibited. Had there been clear signage, I would have followed the policy. Instead, I was approached when the wash cycle was nearly complete, even though I have washed similar rugs there in the past without any problems. What bothered me most happened immediately afterward. As she walked away, a man sitting nearby commented to her, "How many stupid people do you think come here?" She replied, "Probably 50% when I started, but now I'd say it's up to 85%." They both laughed while I was sitting only a short distance away. Neither addressed me directly, but the timing and context made it difficult not to feel that the comments were directed at me. Businesses have the right to establish policies regarding what can and cannot be washed. That was not my issue. My concern was the lack of professionalism and respect shown to a paying customer. Discussing customers in a derogatory manner within earshot is inappropriate and unprofessional. As a result of this experience, I will not be returning. I typically spent around $30 per visit, and they have lost my business. I hope management will consider posting clear policies and treating customers with more courtesy and professionalism in the future. read more

In A Snap Laundry - Dryers - Laundromat Near Me - Winter Springs, Florida

I'm updating my review to a higher rating because I've returned to this laundromat several times, and for good reason. This laundromat is ideal; it's usually very clean and everyone keeps to themselves. Although there will be machines out of service here and there, I've never had to wait to use an available washer or dryer. The restroom is also clean and the attendants are both attentive and helpful. Some days/hours are busier than others, but there's usually enough parking in the lot. And they even have holiday hours. Places like In a Snap are always worth another look and I appreciate that. Thank you! read more

Seriously, impressed! Very clean. Lots of actually working machines. Multiple ways to pay. read more

Needed to have some Ruggable very large area rugs washed in industrial washers. Since this location does wash dry and fold for you I contacted them and they said they would take very large rugs like this. They did a great job, did them quickly and were extremely pleasant. Will definitely return to this location every couple of months to wash these again. Very clean facility. read more

Very clean with good selection of different capacity washers . Good location. Would definitely recommend .

My washing machine started acting up and I needed an immediate solution to a quick wash. I found this business on Apple Maps and haven't regretted it. Pricing is affordable and machines have worked great! Being greeted by the employee on duty made me feel welcomed. read more

I'm here from out of town and the hotel I'm staying at doesn't have a laundry facility. Came here for 2 loads. Very clean! Their machines accept card - super convenient as I hardly ever carry cash or change. There was an attendant there when I went, not sure how often she is there, but that was a nice. They also offer laundry and folding services. read more

False advertising and horrible customer service. I came in at 9:40 when they say they close at 11pm. The lady me told the washers close at 9:30. I told her I'm just washing and she didn't care. Didnt even offer an apology or sound explanation as to why I could not wash my clothes during business hours. No where online or on the store is it stated you "must wash before 9:30". Even so it had only been 10 minutes. Drive the extra five minutes for professionals, don't wast time here. read more

Clean, friendly and helpful staff. Machines are in good condition and I never have to wait for one.

Needed a car cover laundered-- not your typical item! They were prompt, responsive, got the job done on time and with no problem. It was a pleasure to deal with them. A task that I thought would be very difficult to get done, turned out to be very easy, thanks to this business. read more

Cleanest laundromat around. Prices are good, machines always work well. The lady who is there most days when I go is always cleaning, working and SMILING! What a joy she is. Her name is Mary and she is a true asset to this business!!!! High Five!!! read more

Love this place! Being super convenient to my apartments, with reasonable hours and great prices, I come here every other week to do laundry. I love the fact that you don't have to use quarters--although you could if you wanted to- you just use a card that you can load up from a machine on the wall, the front of the washing machine/dryer or even from home! It's always a little busy, but well worth it to use all new machines and large dryers. Don't come during the weekend, it's impossible to find a place to sit or wash, during the week or two hours before they close is best! read more

Great place! Clean and super fast machines of various sizes. Staff is friendly and helpful. The facility itself is also very clean, including the restroom. Will definitely use them again. read more

Just moved to the area , the prices are about the same as anywhere else in my opinion for good quality machines and you don't need quarters they have a card machine. That really helped save some stress for me read more

Very clean facility. Machines appear to be brand new. If not, then they are maintained in impeccable condition.

Always clean and staffed with friendly & knowledgeable attendant. All washers replaced in the past year.

I want to complain. The posted time for closing is 11 pm. With a sign on the door stating last load in washer at 9:30. I go there tonight at 9:20 and told sorry, you can't do your laundry we are closing early. And no phone number available to contact the owner for complaint, stating the owner knows we are turning you away. So here I am with a basket full of laundry some of it is wet. I was counting on doing this load tonight. read more

This place made my clothes go from clean to dirty which is a spectacular plus. But it is a laundromat, which is short for laundromattohosen, which is German for cleansing. I watched a guy play rubiks cube for a hour I was here. Four stars read more

My biggest pet peeve in the world is doing laundry. I can't stand to do it myself nor do I have the time in my busy schedule , and I don't mind spending the extra money to have the experts do it for me. This brand-new facility is absolutely spotless! The machines are new, and the entire place is so clean, you could probably eat your lunch off of the floor while you wait for your laundry LOL. Not to mention that the staff is on site every day until 11 PM in case anything goes wrong and you need help! I typically use these guys for their premium wash and fold service. My laundry always comes out perfectly folded or hung up, depending on my preference. They organize my socks and underwear and fold my towels of as if they were their own. They even organize and separate my work shirts from the rest of my clothes. I've never had a single issue with the quality of service or speed at which they deliver it! The staff members greet me by name and I feel welcomed every time I come in to see them. I would never even think about going anywhere else so long as I live here, I am a customer for life! read more

Very clean! Friendly staff. Washed a large comforter. Came out great! In and out in less time than if I had washed it at home with a lot less abuse on my machine. Would recommend! read more

I've been to other locations around this are. I tell ya, I LOVE this place! Yes, cost a tad more; however, if I ever need assistance, someone is ALWAYS there! And if you have your laundry done it was in the mid-range so it's comparable. It's Always Clean, plenty of machines to use, and I've never had an issue. Another bonus for me is they use their laundry cards which allows me to write off some laundry for my business! Otherwise, I was always paying cash/coins at other places...this specifically shows up for the laundromat! read more

I love this place!!! Best employees ever!!!!!! So clean and next door to circle k and the next is the dollar store is close too.

I have a washer and dryer at home however I like to utilize this laundromat when doing my comforters and my large loads of clothes when I was ill I was able to drop off my clothing they were able to wash and fold them and have them back Timely friendly staff read more

I was one of the first customers at In A Snap on the day it opened. The only thing that has changed since their opening is that they have improved. The other night my sister and I washed a rug that was really too big for the 50 LB washer we chose. When it was apparent that the rug would spin, BJ (who is quite possibly the nicest person we met lately) checked to see if putting it in the 90 lb washer would work. She didn't want us to just try it if she wasn't sure it would work. Instead she got a huge plastic bag for us to take the rug home in, carried it to the car, and never lost her cool. I've seen several businesses go belly up in this location, but when In A Snap went in, things changed. The parking lot is always full; the laundromat is always clean; the washers and dryers always work, and I've seen them changing machines out on a regular basis. They care about their customers enough to make sure the high tech washers are the best we can have. If you need a laundromat and you want to feel safe and be treated well, check them out. read more

Thankful we found this place! We just needed them when our dryer broke. But if I needed to regularly use a laundromat I would definitely only go here. Highly suggested. read more
