EDIT/RESPONSE: Nice professionalism with your condescending attitude. You're making yourself look worse, bud. I left you a message weeks ago and never heard back. Perhaps you should "educate" yourself on how to run a business properly. EDIT/RESPONSE PART 2: Your lack of professionalism and petty name-calling shows how pathetic you really are. Grow up. I'm glad you never called me back. I wouldn't want someone like you anywhere near my home.

He and his crew recently completed a project (Guest bath) and not only is is stunning especially compared to the 30 plus year old tile but top quality work and efficient! In 3 days they took out the old tile the gigantic mirror and added 3" to existing cabinet put new countertop and 2 sinks , faucets plus hung the new mirrors (after repairing wall from old mirror and painting ). In addition they raised cabinet and put in new countertop and faucet in laundry area and now it's the same height as washer/dryer so much nicer I've done a lot to this house over the past 21 years and not only was this the easiest but it's the best work for a fair price! So far I've got a few more friends interested after seeing the work! If you want a fair price fantastic work call Sal!

When I lived there I worked for a few different real estate offices as well as Title companies, and Home Realty was by far the most professional and best to work with. Their staff and management has very high standards and does their best to help everyone they come in contact with. I have several girl friends that still live in town and they rent from them, all I've heard is positive things, so they seem to be great land-lords as well. If I were ever moving back to the ville, they would be my one and only place to stop whether it renting or buying.

In a market where communication and execution matter more than ever, Anthony consistently delivers. What sets him apart is his work ethic. He is exceptionally responsive, detail-oriented, and proactive. From strategic pricing and negotiations to navigating inspections and timelines, he stays ahead of the process rather than reacting to it. His customer service truly stands out -- professional, steady, and solutions-focused. Real estate transactions are rarely simple, but Anthony has a way of keeping everything organized and moving forward while making his clients feel informed and supported. You never feel like just another listing or buyer -- you feel represented. For anyone looking for a realtor who combines hustle with professionalism and clear communication, Anthony is a strong choice.

He was very positive when we spoke to him and set up an appointment to come over to our home. He did not show up for the appointment and did not call to explain or apologize. My wife called him and he apologized and gave an excuse. She set up another appointment with Anthony. The date came and went again with no call no show from Anthony. Anthony Hargus' behavior is disappointing and unprofessional. If he did not want to work with us then he should have said so. Anthony had us set aside our time on two separate occasions and had us wait for appointments he was never intending to come to. I do not recommend Downtown Realty and especially Anthony Hargus. Pick an agency that is true to it's word.
