My account manager was Tina, who was so helpful, accommodating, and patient. I had a little health emergency in the middle of the week I promised my deliverables, and she bent over backwards to help me out, working alongside me with another vendor I was working with to get my products finished and completed for my deadline. On top of all that, their paper recommendations were excellent and the printing quality was top notch. I enjoy going in to pick up my prints because I always leave in a better mood than I showed up. Yes, it's a print shop but it is so much more when it is a small business who actually cares about their customers. Our elopement announcements came out so well and were extremely affordable.
