While working an event, I met the staff of Impssibubble and watched them entertain all the children in attendance at a birthday party. There were bubbles everywhere! I've never seen so many smiling children. They set up tables with coloring books and were a great help to our clents. Impossibubble has become one of our trusted vendors and I recommend them to everyone. read more

I'm a parent at private school. Impossibubble was hired for two slime presentations for our group of students where we paid in advance. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The vendor only completed one presentation and left supplies for the second, refusing to issue any refund or make up the session. This was not what we paid for, and the lack of professionalism in handling the situation was frustrating. Good customer service means honoring agreements, and that simply didn't happen here. I would not recommend this business to anyone looking for reliable and professional service. read more

Would not recommend! She double booked and left in the middle of the session we paid for. She left all of her supplies and made us finish the rest on our own. Then she wouldn't even compensate us appropriately. We paid over $1300 and she was only willing to refund $100 for her own mistake. SMH. read more

The face painter and the balloon twisters were both amazing. They arrived early to set up the station and stayed till the last min to wrap up the last kid in line. Highly recommended for any kids event!! read more

We booked for slime making, for an event. She left in the middle of our confirmed booking. She left supplies for a volunteer to run the activity. We requested partial refund and she refused threatening she'd sue. Sue for what?! We hired and paid for a service that wasn't given to half of our party. She wasn't fair and then she's threatening! I wouldn't recommend her. And I recommend NOT to use them. read more

On a trip to Oakland we stopped by Delores park and met josi and redolf and they offered to paint me and my buddies face for Halloween. Rudolfo was training so they were offering free Halloween face/body painting. We had been thinking of being duo vampires (inspired by a fellow student Raymond). They were very friendly and the new trainee did a solid job of painting our faces :) Highly recommend them! read more

We booked Impossibubble for glitter tattoo and balloon twisting, 2 hrs. I asked if we can choose the staff as my friend had a bad experience with one of the staff at their party. She ensured me they now have a compete new team. And that Paulo will be at our party and He's very experienced. I agreed and thanked her for scheduling Paulo with us. However the person who showed up was not Paulo, she came unprepared. The children lined up and you can see the anxiety on her face. She attempted to make balloon animals but failed. Many popped and untwisted. She then used her phone and turned on a YouTube tutorial. She was struggling and I told her to just do the one thing shes comfortable with. So all the kids can have a turn. She made dogs and swords, however none of them held up. I texted Jeanette and updated her but there was no response. only 9 childrens got their balloons in the whole 2 hrs she was there. I told them we have 35 when booking. I wanted to just tell her to do all tattoos but I was so busy hosting, I never made it back to her to tell her that. I really should have done that. I emailed and texted her about our experience and no reply. Booking was easy but after that, they completely ghosted us. I would not recommend this company. There were a lot of disappointed children and parents as they didn't get their turn. There are so many other balloon twisters on google and Yelp. I would try someplace else. read more

Booked Bubbles & Face Painting to entertain children during a family picnic. The artist they booked for us was very accommodating and patient with the children. He noticed some children already had their faces painted (courtesy of another family at the park) and offered balloon art to those children. I will be booking again read more

This company should be avoided. TL;RD: Their website is misleading and when attempting to discuss they are not responsive, when finally got in touch with them they were patronizing and decided to cancel our appointment. It took the company 3 weeks to issue a refund, which we finally got. AVOID and go with a different service. My wife wanted to go with them for our daughter's birthday for face painting. She paid for painting and the 50 dollars extra for bubble pay. on their website it is not clear that you are paying for one hour for each service and that they would only be able to paint ~12 kids per hour. When finalizing the details this came up in the contract the company requested us to sign. I objected and requested either they provide the full two hours of face painting and the kids can play with the bubbles or to remove the bubbles from the reservation. They agreed to remove the bubbles and then followed up in thumbtack saying they'd cancel our reservation on sept 12. I immediately requested they provide a full refund and they agreed it would be sent "shortly". It took till Oct 1st to receive our refund. read more

Horrible experience and will never use again. We booked for two classes of slime making for our school. After the first session, the performer said she was double booked and LEFT, leaving a parent volunteer to run the next class with the provided supplies. Thereafter Impossibubble refused to give us any sort of refund when we paid $1300 for TWO slime making sessions and only one was provided. After some back and forth we were offered an insulting $100 refund so we decided to dispute 1/2 the charges since we only received half of the contracted services. DO NOT RECOMMEND! read more

highly recommend impossibubble for an event, they are extremely responsive and the face painter/ ballon twisting events were a hit with the kids. Everyone was on time and very professional read more

This company has SCAM written all over it. Booked an event and pre-paid (my mistake). Then a contract was emailed to me saying no refunds are offered, or a 50% refund in credit only. When I reached out, after not getting a response for days, I finally got ahold of someone who DIDN'T even have reference of a schedule input of my PAID event on their calendar. They repeated this horrible refund policy... I noted I got no notice of this and never signed the contract so that I was requesting a full refund. They literally ghosted me. Phone calls, 10+ emails over the course of 3 weeks. No response.... I had a family member reach out to them via email to ensure they were actively responding to others, (which they were). Still never heard from them. Luckily I disputed the charge on my credit card and was fully reimbursed. BUYER BEWARE... read more

We had a blast today at our ImpossiBubble party! It was a huge motivator to get some families out and a great way to break the ice for these "Covid kids" who haven't had a ton of practice in group settings. Fan was fantastic with the kids and brought everything needed for a good time. She's a very talented artist as well- Definitely recommend! read more

Attended a birthday party with Impossibubble and loved the face painting, bubbles, and custom balloons. My kids had a blast and I'll definitely be booking them for our next birthday party. I highly recommend their services, especially because they offer so many different options are all outdoor friendly in the current Covid Delta environment. Thanks Fan and Rigo! read more

Do not book with this company. Hired them for a pre school birthday for my son told them there were 80 children - ONE PERSON SHOWED UP. Me and the staff of the school had to man the bubble play area by OURSELVES while one person from this company went inside to do the glitter tattoos and could not even get to all the children on time because HOW COULD THEY. Then I spent an hour plus cleaning up the huge mess of soap on the schools playground because there was ZERO communication on what instructions or information on what we should do beforehand to prepare for this - I had no clue what was actually going to happen we had to change locations, i told them this was an indoor event she shows up and says oh no we have to be outside. I paid $500 for this service I expected a vendor to show up, set up, HOST, clean up and pack out and I ended up feeling I worked the whole thing myself along with the teachers who did not have time to help do any of this but graciously did help. The woman who did show up was kind and I'm sure she tried her best but this company is a complete mess don't fall for these yelp reviews or if you do choose to book with them you need to call them and get CLEAR communication on what you are getting and should expect. Will not be booking again. read more

Was really disappointed with the bubble play that we planned couple of days back, the photos in the yelp website did not match at all, was expecting the same but looks like it was just two tubs with a few laddles and they just asked kids to play all by themselves. On the other hand, face painting was nice, lady was patient, when we specifically asked 1 hr each for each activity, it was all a flop as kids did not get engaged with bubble play. Highly recommend to take off the pics from the website if you are not arranging bubble play read more

Great service. I ordered bubble play and balloon twisting. The performer was great, arrived on time. The kids had lots of fun (and so did the adults with the bubble play). I definitely recommend the service. read more

I was very excited to book Impossibubble given the great Yelp reviews.  However, overall I was disappointed in the experience and wouldn't use them again. Here is what happened: -I booked my performance for 2pm online.  They called me a few days later to say they can only do 3pm.  I emphasized that it would be difficult for me to do 3 since it throws off the day a bit but as long as we start exactly at 3 (not setup at 3) I could make it work.  The performer/owner showed up at 3:10pm and didn't start until 3:20pm. -I paid for a 30 min bubble show and 30 min face painting.  Her show ended early since when it was my son's turn to be a part of the show he somehow slipped and got drenched in the bubble pool.  I'm not sure how that happened but drenching the bday boy isn't ever a good idea.  We had to change all of his clothes and shoes. -She left at 4pm even though I paid for an hour and she started at 3:20pm; stating that she seemed to be "done".  In reality tho the bubble show ended early b/c she really wasn't able to capture the audience's attention that well and drenched the bday boy.  The kids seemed like they were enjoying themselves but she could have used a lot more energy and excitment in her performance. It was very lackluster. -I proactively called and left a vmail to the company a day before the party to confirm they were still coming since I didn't receive any communication from them.  They told me someone would be contacting me and nobody did.  I texted the number as well and got a very generic text back saying "you're good, see you tomorrow".  The customer serivce was really lacking. Overall I'm giving this company 2 stars: 1 for the Facepainting which she did a very good job at and the 2nd star was for her willingness to wear a mask. read more

I am going to spare you the details - I don't want to live thru it or drag you thru it. It all boils down to this - this company is unreliable and was no show, no communication which is the last thing you want when you book this for your event. Run the other way! read more

After inviting our family from all over the country and some from Japan and Mexico our performer did not show up and ruined our little girls birthday. We were in contact with the most respectful and polite secretary named Maddy who made us feel comfortable and excited. On the morning of our party (04/24/2022) not only did our performer not show up, but the phone number we booked through did not work. I would not use this company because they seem professional, reliable and a top notch company when you have the please to speak to Maddy, but once you get reeled in and the sweet Maddy disappears, you are suddenly left with a broken hearted little kid (BTW who has stage 4 cancer) who goes back to their dark place. Impossibubble truly delivered an amazing and unique day of fun for my daughter's third birthday. It was a little stressful that they didn't confirm my appointment until a couple days out, but that didn't detract from the experience. I booked face painting, a bubble show, and free bubble play and it was the perfect combination of activities for a three hour party. Even adults enjoyed playing in the bubble pools and the bubble show. And the kids adored having their faces painted. I would recommend Impossibubble again and again for fun and non-cringey kids party entertainment! read more

Hired Impossibubble for my child's birthday party with friends. We had an hour of bubble play, then balloon twisting and glitter tattoos. The bubble play was very fun for the kids and Jamie kept them entertained. Balloon twisting was great, kids had balloon swords, dogs, hearts, etc. Glitter tattoo was a hit with everyone, both boys and girls. Jamie arrived on time and set up quickly. She stayed past the reservation to ensure all kids who were in line had a tattoo. Thanks for creating some fun for us at our party! read more

We hired Impossibubble for our school's Fall Festival. We had them do bubbles, balloon painting and face painting. Hired Impossibubble for a joint 2 and 4 year old birthday party. I scheduled 30 min. of bubble play and 1 hr. of balloon twisting for a little over 20 children. The kids (and even adults) loved the bubbles and had so much fun. The balloon twisting was standard. Booking and communicating with the company was easy. They were able to answer my questions and I received text message reminders for the event. The person assigned to my event came early and set up. She was flexible and easy to work with. After seeing the bubble play in action, I already knew that I wanted to book them again for next year! read more

Our artist was more of a face painter and not really a bubble performance, but we wouldn't have changed a thing. Kiddie pools were set up with bubble solution and lots of big wands. The kids entertained themselves. No complaints! The face painting was great. The artist was very patient and kind. He even brought balloons and made a few fun animals. read more

If I can give 0 star. I will give 0. I paid $350 for an 2-hour ballon and bubble combo service at 10:15-12:15 for my daughters birthday. No one showed up. I started to call at 10:45 to chase around what is going on. The owner told me the artist got into an accident and they just didn't notify me at all. After serval calls in the end a sub finally came around 11:40 while half the kids already left. She stayed for a little over an hour. Then I have to keep emailing them chasing for a partial refund again. Finally I got only $50 refund for half time service after 1.5hrs late. And no apology. What a joke. read more

We had Impossibubble for our kid's 3rd birthday. Rose was face-painting and balloon-making, and all the kids got a balloon and had their faces painted (some kids got more than one, and one of our guests' daughters was very proud of her three Peppa pig tattoos). The bubble show was a huge hit. The bubble lady (I forgot her name) kept 20 (!!) kids engaged and entertained. Some of the younger kids kept popping the bubbles as she was making them (one even tried to jump into the tub of bubble solution), but she was patient and ensured all kids and grown-ups had a great time. Towards the end, she gave her bubble blowing kit to the kids, and they had fun blowing their own giant bubbles. It was the perfect party, and we are so happy we had Impossibubble. read more

Read other many negative reviews for this event vendor. Instead of spending tons of time arguing and blaming clients, you should really spend those time to improve your service, deliver what is promised and do not try to cheat customers by hiding lots of extra fee which will be added after the customer signs the contract. read more

I had them do backdrop for my daughter's 1st Bday party. And from the very beginning things started going wrong. The rainbow theme backdrop she ordered was delayed so they gave me last minute option for plain pink. Then she brought my daughters name letters written incorrectly. She did not bring a banner /ballon for "1". The arch support kept on falling due to the wind. There was no weight at the bottom, it almost fell on someone. The only good thing was ballon garland. But I did not pay money just for that. It was quite disappointing and I like things to be atleast near to perfect on special occasions. I don't know about their other services but I do not recommend for ballon/backdrop decorations. And above all you have paid everything in advance so forget about any refund. They don't even offer. read more
