Wish I ordered more of them, lol. The baked chicken was moist and tasty, the rice was good and the plantains were pretty good and were not greasy. They have a pickling onion like container that came on the side. I added it to the rice and damn, it brought everything up a notch. Right amount of heat and pickling, next time I'll order extra and add it to everything!!!

I had the deviled eggs which were the best I've ever had. Then had the buffalo chicken wrap which was awesome as well.. I'm a creature of habit, so I haven't tried many other items on the menu, however the empanadas are top tier. They are fresh, and the beef empanada, on top of being large enough to be a meal in itself, is very juicy and delicious. The line moves quickly. If you aren't familiar with Cuban food, it can be overwhelming ordering, however if you don't have allergies, you have nothing to lose if you choose a food that looks good but you have no idea what it is. You'll find that anything you try at La Cocina is delicious.
