Where do I begin honestly. Let's just start with management. If I could find a better word for the…read moremanagement other than "horrendous" I would. Cassie isn't the worse, although she barely acts like she knows what's going on, doesn't address issues and is just dumb. Madison on the other hand is an absolute jerk. She gets paid as much as she does to sit in a chair, treat people like garbage and eat. When I walk in, she is ALWAYS eating something. I have no issues with Eddie, as I've had personal conversation with him, and he's just trying to undo everything the workers, most likely illegal Mexicans Cassie hired. While I don't want to dwell on them for so long, let's move onto the apartments and community. When you pull in, you look like your pulling into the projects. The trash is always full and overflowing, which WE get charged for. Trash everywhere, cars with no tags, and paper plates hung in their windows. Good luck finding parking, or getting sleep on the weekends, the illegal's love to throw parties that last until the early hours of the morning, or they just sit in their car and blast TikTok's over their car speakers. It is also generally not safe here; the Mexicans will hang around and follow you. One was sitting outside my door as I was moving in, my brother stepped out to grab something and was greeted by him, had it been me I fear something else would have happened. Let's not fail to mention that people will let their dogs run off leash, have fun getting chased by an 80-pound Pitbull named Cookie, or a smaller dog coming after your dog as you open your backdoor. Onto the interior, with a personal story. I moved into the flats in June. Didn't tour it, which was no issue, but upon getting the keys and walking inside I had accumulated a list of what was wrong. Mold EVERYWHERE, structure was crumbling, the toilet sat at a 45-degree angle. Within a week of moving there, I plug one thing in, and the entire apartment loses electric. For weeks, my fiancé and I didn't have electricity running to 3/4 of the apartment, because they couldn't find someone cheap enough to come "fix" it. Every single outlet was burnt up, wired wrong and were extremely close to catching fire at any moment. In August we threatened to sue, if the lease was not broken with the deposit refunded, but they offered to transfer us apartments free of charge. This apartment is just as bad if not worse, it was another one we could not look at until we got the keys. The ceiling fans hung by light bars, which cannot support a fan. The countertops are sitting atop little wood slabs, and the floor is like a trampoline. Every maintenance request is voided, ignored or completed with a note "We will discuss later." Then forgot about. If you value your money and time, do not rent from here. This place is a hell-hole, dangerous, and not worth what it's being rented for.
