Tina was the perfect person to help me with strategic planning around cash flow. Despite having…read morebeen self-employed for many years, I still felt I didn't have a good "handle" at any given moment regarding my income stream. This was a frustration, and something I had wanted to fix for a while -- but I didn't know how to -- mostly because I couldn't identify who the right person for me would be. I figured I needed someone as knowledgeable as a bookkeeper but with the "unearthing" and people skills of a therapist -- PLUS an expertise in running a small business. As rare as this combination might sound, I found it in her. Tina came up with a solution for me that was so simple and easy...It instantly gave me confidence and a sense of control over monitoring my current income -- as well as forecasting the immediate future. It made a huge difference in my daily operations. She has a pragmatic, compassionate approach, with a real understanding of the both the financial AND emotional issues self-employed people face. I immediately trusted her, and her positivity was infectious. The great thing is that she's not one of those "rah-rah" type of coaches where all they do is pump you up; she works very quickly to help you figure out and then immediately implement actual changes. I couldn't believe that my relationship with cash flow was positively changed after just one session. I'm so much happier day-to-day and I wholeheartedly recommend her, no matter what your issue in your business is.

You have my money you did Nothing for me oh wait one draft which was a copy of an old resume and then added as one job two totally different jobs one of which I did not want on there . House cleaner was because of Covid and our salons closed ... why would you put that on when I explained to the guy I didn't want that on and that was why the lapse in the time line as manixurust . He was very rude and and condescending. I was quite surprised by his reaction towards me, especially being the fact that I have told him about me calling in emailing the writer putting a hold on it, the instance with my brother and coming back and also how they had written the resume I was really surprised by his behavior. I would never recommend them to anyone. I just lost $275 and then to ask me for $75 to open up the case again, which I never responded with the last proof, the only whatever they had sent me because it was so ridiculous. Please don't waste your time and don't waste your money. Customer Service is absolutely horrible. Their writers are incompetent go somewhere else .

Pros- As far as a being a client goes, they are pretty great, responsive to my advise and flexible when schedules conflict. I usually drop by their offices once every two weeks to check in, the work atmosphere is relaxed and I always feel welcome. They have a good sense for business and the workload has gradually increased over time (a good thing). Their clients seem to enjoy them and, from what I've seen, tend to stick around. Cons- As the company has expanded they have sometimes placed a lot of work me at once, sometimes filling up my plate too much and making it hard balance their projects with those of my other clients. Ultimately its a good problem to have, but it definitely made me learn to manage my time efficiently.
