Unfortunately I have an injury, so I can't participate yet - but I am DYING to get in! There are stations that you'll estate through. A cardio, ab, hard bag for kickboxing, and ring station. These instructors push them hard and are very encouraging. Dylan (Dillon?) was very helpful in letting me come observe. The man who helped me when I walked in was so very helpful, and gave me a tour.
