Gotta admit, I was not expecting Five-Star service at a paint store...especially when not planning…read moreto buy anything. However, Store Manager Mike Vanneste happily assessed the quality of my "old" paint, put it on the machine to shake it thoroughly, and gave me a couple of stir sticks to be sure I was fully prepared to touch up the interior walls of my home. Nice, right! Then, a few weeks later, I needed to repeat the process to touch up additional spots with different paint colors. Supervisor Kyra was equally friendly and helpful. Also, no charge to assess and shake my "old" cans of paint. Must be a Dunn-Edwards thing! Worth noting, I have long been a Dunn-Edwards customer - both for our townhome and the HOA in which it is located, but neither Mike nor Kyra knew that at the time. That's Five-Star service, as well as Five-Star products!

He's that rare combination of experience, sense of humor, and integrity. Prices are reasonable, and delivery is a breeze, with careful forklift placement of your pallet. Tierra Stone isn't just for contractors either -- Lance helps the DIY homeowner figure out just the right steps for making stone installation a complete success, and we were happy to use tools we already owned to do our project. The 4000 lbs of flagstone we ordered -- plus a little more -- arrived in excellent condition (Lance told us in advance that he could easily swap out any broken pieces, but we didn't need that at all). Tierra Stone is top-notch -- outstanding!
