As a licensed massage therapist, I'm very selective about who I trust with my clients -- and…read moreSpineCare Chiropractic Center is the only chiropractic office I confidently recommend. Their care is exceptional, honest, and truly patient-focused. You can absolutely trust their care plan. They never push unnecessary recurring appointments or "packages" -- instead, they tailor treatment based on what your body actually needs. That integrity means a lot to me, both as a practitioner and as a patient. Dr. Brad and Dr. Heather take time to listen, explain everything clearly, and deliver skilled, effective adjustments that make a real difference. And most importantly to me, they do the soft tissue work that is necessary to deliver a pain-free adjustment. My clients and I have all experienced excellent results. If you're looking for trustworthy, results-driven chiropractic care, SpineCare Chiropractic Center is the best choice.

Heather Watts is massage therapist n so much more I was approved to see for care. It was so nice to not only have a close massage therapist who offers cupping, red light therapy, acupuncture and more like dietary counseling. The practice has app so you can communicate and schedule plus the internal atmosphere is white noise friendly. Not gonna lie I was extremely worried about the busy location of corner of Millbrook and Six Forks in Midtown Raleigh especially when I entered her room facing Millbrook but I relaxed once on table due to our comprehensive intake conversation and she had air purifier going which is great for people who like fan noise to zone out. The staff, office and facilities are extremely well appointed with that healing calm one needs to relax and let the practioner administer their care to you one on one. I as a USN veteran who often hears others say they don't support Durham VA or practioners my DR G. Is the most amazing caregiver who listens who replies to messages and bridges in care at VA as well as CARE IN COMMUNITY. I feel extremely well cared for having positive care cause it's so rare. It was **absolutely fantastic** from start to finish. Here's why: - The booking process was incredibly simple and all online and I received some simple/non-invasive appointment reminders that I appreciated. I had an easy time finding the office and parking. - When I arrived, both Dr. Mike and Ashlee welcomed me - they are both very warm, professional, likable, and easy to chat with. I checked in for my appointment on the iPad (again, a simple and easy process) and in addition to quickly confirming my personal details, was able to choose preferred areas of focus for my massage, what level of heat suited me for the bed, and how much chit chat was ideal for me during treatment. It was SO nice going into the massage feeling like it was custom for me, not just a standard one-size-fits-all approach. - After I checked in, Ashlee walked me through the rotating door to the massage side of the clinic (which is lamp-lit and soothing on all fronts), made sure I had everything I needed to be comfortable, then left while I got situated. She had extra pillows for under my head and between my knees to ensure I was comfortable in the prenatal massage side-lying position. - Best of all, the massage was SO GOOD. I've had one other prenatal massage this pregnancy and Ashlee's was 10x better than the one I received before. She applied perfect pressure, worked on all areas that made me feel melty, and maintained the right amount of chit chat for me. She's a total pro and was able to feel where I was carrying my tension without me having to tell her. She even ended with a warm towel foot treatment, a pregnant lady's dream. Her linens were soft and cozy, her spa music was relaxing, and she kept the temperature in the room comfortable. Just a homerun all around. - After my massage, I spent time transitioning back to reality in their relaxation room in a big cozy recliner with some lemon water in hand. I didn't feel rushed and really appreciated having a few moments to just be before heading out. The whole experience was enjoyable, especially the magical massage. I'm glad Oakwood is in the area and will be back! : )
