    So I gave them five stars originally because they were kind when first setting up my auto policy…read more However, about a week later I get a message from State Farm saying that if I don't enroll in the safe driver program my rates are going to go up. I then reached out to Brooke Palmer's office and they told me that if I didn't enroll that my monthly rate was going to go up over $100. I don't remember the exact amount I want to say around $130. This was NOT told to me when I set up the policy at all. I mean you should have to tell somebody that when they first set up their policy. We're talking about a difference of over $1,300 annually. I mean what?? They are using deceptive business practices in my opinion. I then reached out several times after this to try and resolve the issue. They ignored me for 5 days. When I did finally receive a text from them (NOT A PHONE CALL AS REQUESTED) it read as follows: "Hi Michael, we have received your text and your email and have noted how we can do better. We appreciate you letting us know. What day should we put through the cancellation?" So instead of trying to resolve the issue with me and figure out how something like this could have ever happened, this was their answer?!?! That is really sad. In my line of work if I give somebody my word that's what it is. If I make a mistake I fix it beyond what most people normally would to ensure that I get to keep my client. Not this place! All they care about is making the rich richer and the mighty dollar! I highly discourage anybody from doing business with them. Let's fix our community together and we can get rid of businesses practicing deception. What they should have done was first apologized for giving me incorrect information. Whether it's because they intended to lie or because their staff is not trained properly doesn't matter. I left a good insurance company to come to them and all I got was lies. I reported them to the attorney general's office in Indianapolis, the better business bureau, and the states insurance department as well. Heck the owner of this establishment couldn't even give my wife and I a call to apologize or anything. Just terrible!
