What they don't know is, I monitor my protein closely as I'm a body building enthusiast. Had a 12oz New Youk Strip for dinner last night with a pound of shrimp and a 65g protein shake an hour before my visit. NO WAY my protein was low. And as I stated, not the first time this has occurred. I will no return to the sham of a donation center. Highly recommend you look elsewhere

I had previously been a donor with American Red Cross and wanted to donate whole blood when I was in Florida for three months. I went to a Big Red Bus in a Publix parking lot and had a pleasant experience to donate whole blood. I even got a T-shirt and a gift card for my donation. I not only felt good about donating blood, but I got some pleasure out of it afterwards. Eventually, I was told about donating platelets instead of whole blood and switched over to do that because I could do that 24 times a year instead of only six times a year. Also platelet donations can often benefit three patients with one donation That brought me to the Lantana donation center on Hypoluxo. In about 2010 I started donating platelets at the Lantana center. I have always found it to be pleasant and easy to do. I get a lot of satisfaction from contributing something to patients who need platelets most recently. Marta has been the person in charge of my donation and she has a great positive attitude and is very professional and efficient. Over the years, I have donated the equivalent of 37 gallons of blood products and it really is very easy and pleasant.

ITS A SCAM. they charge you $2.50 for a new card with out telling you.

While reaching for the gauze she pulled my arm causing massive bleeding and swelling. Just look at the pics and think twice about going there. Try CSL instead. Everything that was ever on that floor went onto my bleeding arm. Manager said we are sorry and will train the staff better. Really you think that is enough?

This is a two person team and they do everything from greeting to the actual blood collection. I've been donating at this location for 1-2 years. While sitting in my car ready to leave Dr Elliot Warren came to ask me to return to clinic. After several treatments, Dr Elliot asked if I would return that afternoon for X-rays . My husband drove me & after X-ray Dr told me I had pneumonia. Dr literally saved me from getting worse & ending up in hospital. Will forever be grateful to Dr Elliot Warren ! Kudos also for Lori at front desk, Carlos &ichtuna ( not sure of Spelling) Feb 21 was a day that professionals stepped in & returned me to health again!

As a first time visitor to this location, I had a few questions, but her responses were short, dismissive, and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. At one point, I overheard her complaining under her breath that customers kept coming in whenever she was trying to take a break. That comment, combined with her overall demeanor, made me feel unwelcome. She also spoke to me in a condescending tone, as though she were addressing a child rather than a customer. Customer service sets the tone for any business, and unfortunately, this interaction left a very negative impression. I hope management addresses these concerns so future customers are treated with more professionalism and respect.
