The medical care that I received was excellent. There was zero discomfort at all during the blood draw procedure. I plan on returning again to do my civic duty to freely donate more pints of blood. I like helping my community. Vitalant is a company that several years ago subsumed several blood banks across the country, including Lifeblood. Lifeblood had been based in Memphis, and covered a good part of the Mid-South at one time. This is still a free blood bank, i.e., donors are actually freely giving their blood, and are never paid money for their donations.

They were very unprofessional and rude and mean. I stop going because of the people that worked there. They emailed me a legitimate $50 bonus email to get me to come back and donate and when I showed Regina the email she stated she would give me the bonus $50 but never did. They never answers the phone at this donor center.
