You can tell a lot of the workers genuinely love books too. Selection is pretty good. I could find my strange books I didn't think they would carry. I wouldn't say it's the biggest B&N ever, but good for being 10 minutes from the house. It's the only reason I gave it 4 stars. Value is typical pricing so I'd say it's typical value. This location has the bargain cart out front often with a nice variety of bargain items inside further.

He was very helpful and pleasant to be around. Much of the books are in the Korean Language, but there are many books that have both English and Korean writing. I saw comic books with Asian spreading the word of God, but doing it in a way kids through adults can understand. Oh, did I mention Hello Kitty too? Hello Kitty watches, dishwasher sets and even a sleeping bag to name a few things. If business doesn't get better for the owner here, I eventually will end up closing the store forever. After discovering it was our first time in, the owner gleefully offered us a tour. His knowledge was outstanding, and he left no shelf unaddressed. I would guarantee that Al-Hikma has a book for any need one has of an Arabic book or any interest one has in the Arab world. There are books for learning Arabic (or for Arabs learning English), English books about Arab topics (pictured), Arabic books for every Arab country, beautiful religious books, specialized dictionaries, photo journal books, cook books, and much more. After more than an hour of our searching, the owner offered us tea and Arab sweets (probably not a guaranteed part of a visit, but we were lucky!). He distilled more knowledge to us before sending us on our way. We felt notably enriched for having stepped inside.

Store manager is super rude with refunds (stated the store policy for etextbook that if the access code wasnt used then return can be made within time frame. My purchase qualified all that for return but she keeps complaining about eating the cost) what cost? Real money comes out of my bank. That the cost I paid. What cost she ate? The rules apply only when it benefits the store. Slamming the keyboard, whistling while doing refund and complaining aint best practice for customer service. Once they sold, there is no help afterwards if you have any problem even if the mistake came from miscommunication bw department and bookstore. I can't believe this kind of service still survive 2024. Lastly, don't call customers the "swearhearts" while degrading them at the same time. Very untasteful.
