Although this has been true in part, they have a severe housing crisis on this campus. They essentially accept more students than they can accommodate and they are placed in a lottery system for housing. The real kicker is that this bait and switch happens after their freshman year. Housing is easy and plentiful for new recruits but after that, you are on your own and scrambling in this Lord of the Flies scenario. My son will now have to commute an hour and a half each way. This is very disappointing

I didn't want to take basic classes in order to get into Anatomy and Physiology or Microbiology and at montco they will allow their guest students to take any class they want. That being said I got an A in all of my classes here after putting in a ton of work. I love this policy and it saved me so much time and money while doing my prereqs for a second bachelor's degree in a different field than my first. Compare this nice quick experience to delco or racc -- I went to advisors at Delco who told me i had to take all these basic bio classes in order to just take the 2 classes I needed to get into my program. Waste of an extra year and tons of money. Same story with the other community colleges in pennsylvania. My classes here were NOT easy and i had to work at them. The quality of education was comparable to my education at Temple university. I think all community colleges should allow this guest student policy --- it has been very successful for me and I've gotten into the program at drexel with these transfer credits!

However, it is more than just the clean, new building and toys-the people in the school are what sold us and they continue to impress us everyday. We know that when we have to go to work, and our little ones go to Primrose that they are in the best care. Everyday they are learning, having fun and they are loved! I have a child in Preschool Pathways and in their infant room and all the teachers are exceptional. The Executive Director and Associate Director are super involved and hold everyone on the staff to a high standard. I have had experiences with 4 different schools in the past as we moved a lot with my first son, and Primrose is certainly at the top of the list in regards to cleanliness, level of care, attention and learning curriculum. Their food menu is so diverse, too and you can tell a lot goes into the planning of it. We would absolutely recommend this school.

The tour was rushed and I was only there for 10 MINUTES. No classroom tours, no meeting teachers.. just rushed. I toured with tutor time, and I'm in love with it. I was with the director, Jessica, for over an hour and My daughter got to get down and play with the kids & meet the teachers. Everyone was so warm and welcoming and introduced themselves, and explained the curriculum. It's a tough choice to place your child in a daycare but I seriously feel so confident that my daughter will love it there come Fall.

Just attended a lovely wedding at the Wallingford Community Arts Center. I've been to quite a few…read moreweddings lately, and this place is much better than most. I love that the space is built onto the existing Dixon mansion, which was itself built in the Arts and Crafts style (?) Don't miss the coffered ceilings, the wrought iron detailing in the entrance windows, and the beautiful tilework and woodwork around the fireplaces. We were in the large space with the high ceilings, with artwork on the walls. I loved that the artwork was all local - it really brought home the community aspect. The event was very well managed, and the food was delicious. I felt like the pacing was particularly efficient, without rushing - no time wasted, here. The only drawback was (were?) the acoustics, despite the acoustic panels in the ceiling. The DJ was on the second level with two speakers, and it just didn't work. I'm not sure if that was the DJ's fault, the fault of the room, or both. Otherwise, an excellent space.

The Community Arts Center is tucked away down a local street, and I was concerned that I was lost--thankfully not the case. I had a great visit. The building feels like a living, breathing tribute to art. There are multiple floors for hosting classes and events. There is a kiln for firing pottery on site. Even the grounds are beautiful, with lots of art and sculptures resting around the walkways outside. The Tea Bowl Exhibition was very well done. I bought a ticket for a Japanese tea demonstration, which was really interesting and enjoyable. I thought I'd be at the Arts Center for an hour, but I stayed much longer to check everything out. If I lived closer, I'd definitely look into taking classes here. For now, I look forward to my next visit for an event or exhibition.

She set appointments for interviews and just blows them off. And then when you call her out on her issues, she calls you over and over to defend her terrible performance Potential new students: The Career Center is the most important office in most colleges. If the director of Career Services is this unprofessional, what will happen when you need help with a job, resume or interview advice? Based on Deanne's horrible customer service, I would not attend
