i asked for dark brown hair, a bit darker than what I had and came out with jet black hair. I swear they just went with what they wanted to do. i showed them photos of what I wanted and they completely disregarded them. they showed me the hair sample of what colour they were doing and I agreed to it as it was very medium brunette. its completely jet black like sharpie black now and I hate it. they kept making comments throughout about how unhealthy my hair is and cut off way more than I wanted of course. would not recommend for colouring. read more

Great stylists. Tip machine is atrocious. Asking a percentage for a hair treatment makes no sense. The workers all crowd around while you pay and watch you tip. It's rude and entitled behaviour. I tipped $10 on a $200 hair service and they didn't even thank me. Sorry but no - it's not my obligation to pay your salary. If you don't like your income, find a higher paying job. Generally disgusted with the lack of appreciation and entitlement from these staff members. read more

Terrible haircut by a supposedly Senior Stylist, one of the owners. Did not do the layers as I had requested. Very disappointed. Also charged a higher price than what I was quoted when I dropped by the week before. read more
