They tried to blame me for them not working, they made three corrections in the braces and ultimately after going to another Aspen Dental in Hillsboro (where the owner works) I decided to throw them away and seek another dentist's office in Vancouver. Aspen Dental made my teeth MORE crooked and misaligned my bite!!!!!!! I have never been to a dentist that was that aggressive in trying to blame the patient, actually I've never heard of a dentist blaming a patient! ANDDDDDD they always tried to bill me for procedures I never had done. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!! OH, yeah, one last thing.....the cleanings are a joke!

I paid my portion up front and then was surprised to receive a text message saying my account was past due 3.5 months later. I did not receive an email, phone call, or bill by mail at anytime and the office did not respond to the text message they sent. Overall, they were 60% off on their estimate and it is always left to the patient to figure out how to make up for their mistakes. This is what is wrong with our healthcare. The doctors profit while we all suffer. I needed to go back and now I will not.
