Just got a bill from over 3 years ago out of the blue after settling all my accounts there. How in the world would I be able to dispute a 3 year old charge? Just forced to pay it I guess. The bill I was sent shows 6/2/26 but when I call they say this is for 2023. Also claim we owed $35 in a massage no show fee from 2023 that they waived. My husband went to that massage and it was horrible- he begrudgingly left a tip. He could only recall it because of how bad it was.

She is also my daughters dentist and has made it so my daughter has no problem when it comes time for her appts. Her entire staff is the absolute best. One of her dental assistants could tell my daughter was starting to become anxious during a procedure and just sat holding her hand telling her how great she was doing. I had been a patient of her dads growing up, so was very happy to find out that she's as good, if not better than he was. Glad that she took over when he retired.
