I can't say enough good things about Imbibe Wine Tours! Our group of 4 visited Walla Walla for a day of wine tasting. Not knowing much about the region or the wineries we felt almost overwhelmed by where to begin. From the start of booking, as we crafted the itinerary they were super responsive and provided great suggestions for wineries to visit and curated the tour by our preferences of reds and roses. The car was clean and stocked with water and iced coffee, which was a nice pick-me-up throughout our day. A yummy lunch was also included which we stopped to enjoy while visiting one of the wineries during our tasting. Imbibe was also conscious to ask whether anyone in our group had dietary restrictions - one person didn't eat red meat and they were able accommodate a separate meal for them as well. Jay was our driver for the day and was absolutely fantastic! Having lived in area for years he was very familiar with each of the wineries and their histories, so he provided a little background as we were on our way to each. After a winery or two, you lose track of time, at least I know we did :) so Jay was also great about keeping us on schedule. The van was very clean, our drivers were knowledgeable and personable for both trips. We aren't Walla Walla experts so left it to Jay to plan the itinerary. He knocked it out of the park both times. My book club reserved a daylong wine tour so we wouldn't have to fight over who would be the designated driver. We ended up with a FANTASTIC day full of special and unique wine tours and access. Plus Cameron, our driver, was not just a driver. He was a DJ, a chauffeur, a wine bottle organizer, a valet, a project manager, a hydrator (chilled water bottles appeared magically at our seats in the car periodically throughout the day!), barista (canned espresso drinks also appeared magically) and generally catered to our every whim with grace and good humor all day long. Our party of 6 booked with Jay at Imbibe for a full day (10 am-after 5pm) of wine tastings. It was a fabulous experience. Jay was great to work with in advance as I planned out the wineries I wanted our group to hit. He had many helpful suggestions and some great connections. Jay was a complete professional from start to finish and we had a fantastic day. We were in the SUV which was absolutely spotless inside and out. Jay had waters for us and insulated coolers for our wine purchases. He arranged a great lunch for us as well (at Amavi which I would highly recommend as a lunch stop). I booked this tour and lunch for a party of nine to celebrate my birthday. I paid in full through Paypal three months in advance, but never received any written confirmation from the company. I asked both times (two separate transactions) for a confirmation and later called to check in verbally just before the trip. Then, two days before the tour, I received an email from Jay (the owner or manager of Imbibe). But the message was intended for the tour driver, and only sent to me by accident. I was astonished by its contents. Jay told the driver, "Good luck with this one" (referring to me by name) and advised him that I was "extremely high maintenance" and had "tried to get away with some bs." He warned the driver to "keep your eye on her" and "don't let her talk you into anything that's not rearranged or get some kind of freebies". Naturally I was appalled by this vicious (and, needless to say, inaccurate) characterization of our prior communications. But I was even more amazed that a service business would talk like this about any customer behind the scenes. Jay also gave some general advice to his driver, telling him to "keep your eye on the clock" and admonishing him against "keeping them out later just because they're having a great time." In short, the message was to give customers the bare minimum and no more. So I wrote back to Jay and advised him of his error. As you might expect, he apologized for mistakenly sending me such a disturbing and insulting message. But he also took the opportunity to say that he did find me very "difficult". As you can imagine, we no longer had a desire to spend our money and time with this company. So we canceled the tour and did receive a full refund. According to their website, "At Imbibe Wine Tours, you're treated like one of the family." It must be some family. If you chose to do business with them, you may not have the same experience as I did. But you'd better have a thick skin. read more

A group of friends went to Walla Walla to celebrate several of our birthdays. We had a wonderful day with Jay and Imbibe Wine Tours. We had a couple wineries that we wanted to go to, and Imbibe helped figure out the rest. We had a wonderful day, were in a nice large van, with plenty of room for us, and our wine! I had the most amazing experience on this tour! It is great for birthday parties, bachelor/ette parties or just getting friends together. The retro limo picks you up at your doorstep at 10 am. The wine tasting is great and the ambiance at each winery is breath-taking. A delightful lunch is included halfway through. Everyone needs to give this tour a go. We used Imbibe wine tours during the Celebrate Walla Walla Valley Wine - The World of Syrah. We had the pleasure of getting Jay as our driver, who also happens to be the owner. He showed up right on time. He was professional and the SUV was new, very clean, and comfortable. After I made the reservations with Jay, we spoke about the wineries we wanted to visit. From there he worked out a schedule which included lunch. He answered all my questions and made sure everything was taken care of, including reservations which some wineries require. He made sure that we always had lots of water to drink between wine tastings, which we needed! Every place we went the wineries knew him and I felt they took extra care of us because we were with Jay. Jay kept track of our wine purchases, carried them to the car, and made sure they stayed cool while we were partaking in tasting more wine. We had lunch at Waterbrook were the manager and hostess came and greeted us letting us know that if we needed anything just ask. Again this made us feel like VIP's. I would definitely use this company again when we go back to Walla Walla. This was by far the best Limo experience I have had. read more

Having researched the options thoroughly, I can state with confidence that if you want to be shuttled around in style, these guys are the only way to go in Walla Walla. We have been to Walla Walla and Napa a few times and had good tours, but this was definitely the BEST! Jay and Sam did a wonderful job! They let you choose your wineries but they also give great advice to enhance your experience. They know many of the winemakers, which enabled us to see more of each winery than you can if your not with them, a VIP experience. They were super knowledgeable, friendly, professional and fun! Excellent service. The reservation process was straight forward and friendly. All services were better than expected. Two friends and I visited WW for a wine tour weekend and needed a driver and itinerary. Jay at Imbibe took our preferences, hotel location and time constraints into consideration and created a great plan. Our driver Teagh was very friendly (and easy on the eyes) and served us bubbly before we took off. Don't remember exact model car but it was a spacious black SUV in perfect condition, leather seats and stocked with bottled water. Teagh even made suggestions for different/additional stop for wine and photo ops. Plus they were the best price in town. I researched well for this trip. 5 stars! read more

If you are looking for a limo service for your wine tour...look no futher!! My girlfriends and I booked with them a month ago. From the communication ahead of time to sending us much appreciation after we got home. Very professional. Jay, one of the owners, asked me ahead of time which wineries I would like to visit...he had the perfect itinerary lined up for us. We were picked up at our hotel. The driver arrived 15 min early! They provide an exquisite little lunch for you as well. The mose wonderful cheese and meat platter with fruit and desert. Just amazing! Looked just like something you would order in Italy. Our driver always made sure we had a fresh water bottle the whole time as well as all our needs being met. I cannot praise the amount of customer service that we received from them.
