The service was... how could I put it? Rushed/sloppy. I took time and effort into finding my PAP,…read morerev rate, speed and ect. When I came in to drill my 4 brand new balls it was thrown out the window. I wanted it to be as close to perfect as any other customer would but when I brought it up and asked if he needed my bowling stats and he said "no it's alright it doesn't matter much." That was a huge red flag. I decided to ignore it because of the great reviews and the confidence he had in his character. Anyways when I got my 4 balls back (storm pitch black, hammer low flare, hammer black widow 2.0 hybrid, hammer black widow 3.0), I noticed that my 2.0 was drilled weirdly. I thought maybe because it wasn't a solid it would be fine but after throwing it multiple times multiple lanes and multiple adjustments! I came to the conclusion that the ball does not want to react correctly because they drilled it wrong. It's frustrating knowing this whole situation could've been avoided if he had just looked at my stats and took the extra 10 minutes to adjust the drilling pattern. The price wasn't bad but I did have to call ahead to keep it fixed. I'm sure if I didn't call ahead it would've costed quite a lot more! Anyways I will NOT be returning to this pro shop and will be looking for a different one. Me and my family are big in bowling and have agreed with me and explained that they have also had negative encounters with the pro shop. Disappointed!

I was looking online to see if they carry converse, as I was looking for a pair of regular black chucks. When I entered the store there were tons of staff all over which is nice to see these days. I browsed the men's section first since the shoes are pretty much the same, I couldn't find them at first so I went across the store over to the women's and couldn't find converse in women's either. I did notice the women's shoes wasn't as busy as the men's. I browsed around a bit (no one greeted me or anything in men's or women's). I did finally find them under a table display and they only had platforms for women's so I went back over to men's to take another look. I did find them and waited for a salesman to assist me. A man walked up (after me) and the shoe he wanted was next to stock room so he was helped right away. I waited and asked for help.. I was told by a rep that he had to go check on some other customers, I kept waiting and being ignored to the point I witnessed reps asking people still looking around if they needed help and finally someone came up to help me, I asked for a 7 (as I'm a 8 1/2, 9 in women's), he came back and told me the smallest size they have is an 8 which is too big. He asked who I was shopping for, I said myself and he asked me what size I wear and I said about a 9 in women's and he said "well this is men's" as if I was blind. Just didn't like the vibes all around.
