They wouldn't let return it of course because its a sex shop, but you'd think they would make an exception in this case. Had a wonderful experience here. Me and two friends were on an impulse trip to here after going to the beach. It was nice little out of the way spot but easy to find and was surprisingly expansive. Even compared to shops I usually stop into in downtown Portland, I felt there was a good selection of everything I wanted to look for. I made the purchase but unfortunately the description given was nothing like the actual product. If I had known what it was like I would have bought the other product I was considering. I shop here a LOT. Reading the review by Sara I'm seriously offended! This store is NEVER dusty, the manager is meticulous about clenliness. I've never seen one speck of dust in the store. My experience is that the newport store is the dirty one with yellowed and gross product on the shelf and WAY overpriced. The prices here are fair for a small town store. The clerks have always been knowledgeable unless they are brand new. And theyre ALWAYS super helpful and full of advice. I think the negative reviewer must have been having a bad day or something because nothing they posted is true other than the lack of lights out back...which I why I only gave 4 instead of 5 stars. As far as the purses in the store thing...you can check your bags with the clerks so u don't have to leave in your car. They leave them on top of a counter where you can see them from anywhere in the store and never have I had anything happen to my bag when I leave it with the clerk. Mostly I just leave my big rediculous purse at home (or when travelling in my hotel) and just keep my cash or card on me in my bra or in my pocket. Backpacks, purses, bags, etc are the bane of any retail store clerks existence because they create a level of danger of theft. Try to think in terms of that when scoffing at the attempts to maintain a theft free environment. Just sayin... My review is IMAGINE THAT IS AWESOME! read more

If you are going on vacation to Lincoln City. Get your toys and lubricants before you come to town. This store is extremely dirty. Everything had dust on it and all the items you could tell were pretty old. Before you go in the store, it says to leave your purses in the car because they have a theft problem. I don't believe you should post that on the outside of your business. Prowlers will know that tourists leave purses in the car and that you are easy to steal from. ALSO, behind the store in the street seems really sketchy. No street lights at all. The associate didn't acknowledge us when we walked in. And there wasn't anyone in the store. Items were extremely over priced. And the woman who was working was not knowledgeable at all. I asked for her to grab a certain lubricant from the case and she was turning bottles checking them to see which one I was talking about. If I hadn't had told her where it was, I could imagine I would have been waiting awhile. I wish I could give no stars instead of one. No purses allowed in store which isn't a common thing, so I was unaware. I was told by the lady upon walking in that they didn't allow bags so she could put it behind the counter. I very politely said "oh okay where would you like it" and started to walk over to her. She then VERY RUDELY almost shouted at me that I needed to stop and SHE would take it behind the counter. I think this sorry excuse for a store employee is one of the most unpleasant people I have ever encountered. Also very overpriced and terrible presentation. DO NOT go here.
