everything i want is here and i love the feeling of being welcomed and assistance with the employees the prices could be more affordable but for the discretion and access im ok with it read more

Asked for best enhancers, tried them, they did not work. Was hoping that I could at least receive store credit to buy a different item "non-enhanced" so I would run into needing to get a refund but the manager was unwilling and 30+ minutes late to when I was told they would be arriving so I wasted almost an hour waiting for a response that was ultimately a no. Prioritizing the customer would be a good change for this place read more

Keegan is so helpful and wonderful! We enjoyed browsing too. There is a diverse product selection. Recommend for a fun stop.

My first time in the store, never been into a place like this, the manager was so helpful & really helped me find my confidence in what I was looking for. The selection was great & I didn't feel pressured at any time. Samantha was so great & I will definitely be back I hope she will be there she made the experience 100% for me!! read more

They have the best prices for vapes in town. I've looked around at what else they have and they've got a large variety of pipes and bongs. They are two businesses in One. The employees there are very nice and knowledgeable about what's in the store and I enjoy shopping there. Services are excellent. read more

The service is awesome. They take their time to get the product that's right for your needs.

The selection was great and quality was there. The young lady at the counter was helpful and knowledgable. She was able to discuss the value and use of the products with knowledge and discretion. read more

The young woman was friendly and helpful. We werent rushed. I Dont understand the bad reviews - maybe its like they said - an unhappy former employee. They have all the stuff. I wouldnt hesitate to return or recommend it. read more

One of the employees sold me an add on to one of the toys that didn't fit the toy at all. They wouldn't let return it of course because its a sex shop, but you'd think they would make an exception in this case. They didn't and I spend $30 for the add on that I can't use unless I spend another $100 on the toy it actually fits. read more

Of I could give it a ZERO I would. I'd like to think I could support my community but the rude, unpleasant, snide (the list could go on) beast working there.... UGH!!! ME being an open and supportive person will never recommend this establishment to anyone. Even if you ARE there to just buy gag gifts, you are still unwelcome. If you've never been in a porn store and you go into this one for the first time, I'm so sorry. Don't let it ruin the first impression, don't let her ruin it for you. Anyone could understand no jackets no purses. We get it. But if you tell me I wasted your precious dildo staring time because I didn't buy anything this time? Who the hell are you! The owner should fire you! Telling us that we wasted your time? Telling us that you take your job seriously? BASHING CUSTOMERS PUBLICLY ON YOUR FB PAGE? No lady. You just drive customers away. Anyway. There is another female who works there. She's the sweetest most attentitive employee I've ever met. She stuck to the rules anyone had to follow and gave real input on suggestions. I'm sure anyone who reads this and who's been there will know who I've been talking about. Hey owner. make this store great again. please. read more

Very rude employee. Not sure how anything is sold here with that kind of attitude. Tried to touch one item and was accused of damaging packaging. Make sure you guys don't touch anything in here! I guess it's a museum not a sex shop. read more

DO NOT BUY THE GRAB BAGS!!! They are worthless. We bought one, and it says 173$ value. The only thing in it were boner pills! read more

RUDE, FOUL, MOUTHED employee who was busy "with a major project" and assumed we were there to "visit a museum" WOW!' This person needs to find another job and not insult customers. I guess the owner really does not expect to make sales or profit. I have purchased from this business before and will NEVER RETURN!! And will also inform my friends and acquaintances to NEVER shop here!! Go to She Bop in Portland!! They appreciate your business and treat their customers with respect UPDATE: Nice defensive response from the owner. The person working was rude and foul mouthed from the moment we walked in. Being busy is no excuse for such poor customer service and a horrible attitude. We were there to make a purchase. We said we wanted to look around before doing so, which is what we told the rude and unprofessional employee. After swearing about how busy she was, we told her we would look around and let her know if we needed assistance. She swore more and complained about how many people just came in to look around. We tried to be courteous and friendly and even understanding when someone came looking for a crack pipe. Being as this is the only adult store of this type in the area they may continue to stay in business. But in a larger market with competition and their poor attitude and customer service from personnel and the owner, they would not last long. THIS BUSINESS IS DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED. read more

I never have been a thief and the idea of stealing wasn't even in my thought process...plus to steal from your pathetic and empty establishment would have been what you wanted... so atleast you would of made some $$$ (since nobody was there and the shelves were dusty' ghost town") We just wanted more toys to have a great birthday and we had already spent over $200.00 at 3 previous stores we went to before your store and good thing we did because i never would have given your shitty attitude any of my hard earned money!! So kiss this!!!! read more

Great place, staff is very friendly. Will be coming back to purchase any other products and they sell my favorite shave cream Coochy!!! Doesn't feel dirty like some places do. read more

I was once a customer of this store it was always clean faced and always stocked full. PEOPLE if you think your being watch then maybe you have a problem. There told by there boss to watch for thrift. It no different than being watched on hidden cameras. If that was possible it would be the thing to do but they can't. They do have one employee who does not hide the fact tour being watched. It happens all the time in little markets and in the shops in Deopoe bay a lot. I knew I was being watched as long as your doing right your in the right read more

Gemini was such a good helper! We had a bunch of questions and she answered all of them without a problem! She also helped us find exactly what we ere looking for! I can't wait for tonight! read more

Went here today and the lady working was super friendly and soooo much help and didn't make it feel awkward at all! I most definitely would definitely say make a stop here if you are having a getaway weekend with your partner! read more

Went to the store with my boyfriend. As soon as I got in the door, I was told I couldn't have my "bag" in the store "like the big sign says". So I let the lady keep my purse on the counter. Looked around at everything including the novelty things. Went to leave and we were told not to come back if we weren't going to buy anything. She was very rude and condescending. I will buy online instead of go to that store. read more

Worst sex shop I've ever been to very rude and bad attitude. I love exploring my sex life and enjoy trying new toys but I will never spend a dime in that store I would rather go to Portland and spend my money. Lincoln city is a great town and I'm going to go back love staying at the Spanish head inn but imagine that will never get my business and I would worn anyone going there watch out the staff there clearly hates there job and hates helping people out. Going into a sex shop is a bit intimidating and when you have a bad experience with the help it turns you off for exploring ones sex life. Don't let this shop ruin your experience. read more

Very friendly and professional. Staff makes you feel comfortable and at ease in a place that you may not feel comfortable.

I don't see how the "rude lady" still works there. It is very clear that she is a problem. Just look at the reviews. I never got her name (wish I would have) but I assume it's the lady that everyone else is talking about, she is in fact very rude; from the second my wife and I entered the store she was insulting, and impolite. She (like everyone else has said) watched us like a hawk as if we were thief's when we started looking around and any remark I had about a product she had a snide response. If she is in fact the manager the owner must not care about his business; I am a manager and I have been in customer service for nearly 20 years, never for any reason have I treated a customer like this. I will always have nothing but negative things to say about this place and now every time I go to Lincoln city this event will be in the back of my mind. read more

Had a wonderful experience here. Me and two friends were on an impulse trip to here after going to the beach. It was nice little out of the way spot but easy to find and was surprisingly expansive. Even compared to shops I usually stop into in downtown Portland, I felt there was a good selection of everything I wanted to look for. I was left to my own devices mostly which is how I prefer to sho but the attendant felt attentive and help never felt out of reach if I needed it read more

I asked for a description of the product I was thinking of purchasing (since none was given on the box and there was no clear picture) and was given one by the employee. I made the purchase but unfortunately the description given was nothing like the actual product. If I had known what it was like I would have bought the other product I was considering. After opening the box I realized quickly it was not what I was looking for and immediately tried to return it. They refused and were unwilling to even exchange it for the item I would have purchased if I had been given an accurate description. It is unusable to me and a complete waste of money. read more

I shop here a LOT. Reading the review by Sara I'm seriously offended! This store is NEVER dusty, the manager is meticulous about clenliness. I've never seen one speck of dust in the store. My experience is that the newport store is the dirty one with yellowed and gross product on the shelf and WAY overpriced. The prices here are fair for a small town store. The clerks have always been knowledgeable unless they are brand new. And theyre ALWAYS super helpful and full of advice. I think the negative reviewer must have been having a bad day or something because nothing they posted is true other than the lack of lights out back...which I why I only gave 4 instead of 5 stars. As far as the purses in the store thing...you can check your bags with the clerks so u don't have to leave in your car. They leave them on top of a counter where you can see them from anywhere in the store and never have I had anything happen to my bag when I leave it with the clerk. Mostly I just leave my big rediculous purse at home (or when travelling in my hotel) and just keep my cash or card on me in my bra or in my pocket. Backpacks, purses, bags, etc are the bane of any retail store clerks existence because they create a level of danger of theft. Try to think in terms of that when scoffing at the attempts to maintain a theft free environment. Just sayin... My review is IMAGINE THAT IS AWESOME! read more

The selection was okay, but the woman working the place on 10/21/17 was so rude and god awful we would never go again. She flat out said after we didn't buy anything "thanks for wasting my time and prophet." The only other person came that came in was there for the out of order arcade booth who left after he found he couldn't use it. Just terrible read more

If you are going on vacation to Lincoln City. Get your toys and lubricants before you come to town. This store is extremely dirty. Everything had dust on it and all the items you could tell were pretty old. Before you go in the store, it says to leave your purses in the car because they have a theft problem. I don't believe you should post that on the outside of your business. Prowlers will know that tourists leave purses in the car and that you are easy to steal from. ALSO, behind the store in the street seems really sketchy. No street lights at all. The associate didn't acknowledge us when we walked in. And there wasn't anyone in the store. Items were extremely over priced. And the woman who was working was not knowledgeable at all. I asked for her to grab a certain lubricant from the case and she was turning bottles checking them to see which one I was talking about. If I hadn't had told her where it was, I could imagine I would have been waiting awhile. So, my advice, would be bring your goodies with you on vacation, or drive the 20 miles to Newport to go to Spice. read more

Wow, where to start.. over priced, dirty, and possibly the rudest woman ever behind the counter. What happened to the chucky chick with the werid hair? The place is a total dive.. the booths dont even have kneeling bench for christ sake. To rent a video you have to give a cash deposit for the entirety of the movie, witch I already mentiond was way over priced. 50$-70$ read more

I wish I could give no stars instead of one. No purses allowed in store which isn't a common thing, so I was unaware. I was told by the lady upon walking in that they didn't allow bags so she could put it behind the counter. I very politely said "oh okay where would you like it" and started to walk over to her. She then VERY RUDELY almost shouted at me that I needed to stop and SHE would take it behind the counter. I think this sorry excuse for a store employee is one of the most unpleasant people I have ever encountered. Also very overpriced and terrible presentation. DO NOT go here. Bring things from home or drive to Newport. We wish we would have gone to spice instead. I'm not sure if she owns the place or is just an employee, but she needs to be fired promptly and never work in customer service again. Awful awful place. read more
