Jowi at the Salem office showroom was super nice and helpful. We decided on Thor Kitchen appliances and they are amazing quality, and priced very fairly. They do take credit cards but charge an extra % so we paid by check so no problem. The fridge came damaged and then took a while to get a replacment which was a bit of a pain due to supply issues but they communicated with us and we finally got the kitchen of our dreams completed! At the end, Victor gave us a nice gift, which was so nice and appreciated! I can not recamend Moderno enough! Excellent products and customer service!

After a couple of phone calls and emails on my current furniture, suggested designs where sent to me. Less than one month later, I had two new pieces of modern furniture. They broke a lamp that was in the family and for decades and was given to my wife from her mother. Over the bed there is a ceiling fan with four lights if I wasn't there they would have destroyed that also. The adjustable base wasn't adjusted properly and they had to take the mattress off again to lower the legs on the base. A blind man could see that the base wasn't adjusted properly. The demo was pretty much useless because the two guys could barely speak English well enough for a person to understand what they were saying. So no demo. Called Bobs to complain and they never got back to me. I should have gone to Ashley Furniture.
