First like many couples married in the past year we had to plan it and/or reschedule it through a pandemic and everyone we spoke to over the phone at Park Ave were still so thoughtful and caring as the wedding and event based businesses were taking a hit. Ment alot to how cool and calm they were able to remain as me and my wife were freaking out. I now must mention Brian, who was our photographer the day of the wedding. Me and my brothers arrived to the venue for photos and he was straight to business because he knew timing was pressed and was dedicated to getting us as much photos as possible. In the suites he knew the layout of our venue so well and where to get the best shots. He had all my brothers laughing and smiling because of his great sense of humor. At the church he continued to make sure we took as many photos as we could and what ever photos us(bride and groom) wanted he was willing to take and would not move on till we got the ones we were looking for. Back at the venue when our families were all there he was great at making sure me and my wife got away for some private photos where once again he knew the venue and best places to go. His timing was great we finished posed photos with 15 minutes to spare before the cocktail hour started. We received a teaser gallery of photos about two weeks after the wedding, then our full album was ready about a month after our wedding. All the photos were downloadable right away so I could post to social media immediately which was a huge plus lol. Words can't express how amazing Chris and Aenid are!…read more I had decided pretty last minute that I HAD to have a videographer for our wedding (about a month prior!) - which lead to sleepless nights watching demo videos online and trying to find a videographer who created beautiful wedding highlights, was within our budget, and was still available for our wedding day! All of which The Candi Project met, much to our joy!!! Chris and Aenid are AMAZING to work with. They met with us about a week after I had reached out to them, and communicated with us to get all the info before our big day (which was only a few weeks away at that point!). The day of the wedding, they went to my now husband's place first to capture him getting ready and were infinitely patient when he was very late in coming back home from picking up his best man! They then came to my place to capture me getting ready with my ladies, then rushed to the church to set up their cameras for the ceremony. It was AWESOME having the dual team and THREE different camera angles at our ceremony. And they were with us at the reception until like an hour before the party ended - which was almost 12 hours!!! They were also ridiculously fast with the editing - our wedding was on 10/5 and they sent us the link to our highlights video YESTERDAY - only 3 weeks!! I can't stop watching our video. As an update, after this review was posted, Tony called to insist it should be taken down, claiming…read morehe is not racist and does not take blurry photos. He admitted he actually doesn't have photos due to the issues with his equipment, stating, "The camera was glitching and I've never seen that before." He continued shooting without checking the photos throughout the day--unacceptable for a professional vendor. Initially, he offered a full refund for several items, but when we met in person, he reduced the offer to less than half, demanded we sign a disclosure to remain silent, and only offered a book of photos. He stated, "This won't hold up in court of law because you're still getting a product." Following up I made a request and they sent an email back about no longer willing to speak with me, only their attorneys. For brides considering ADA, know this: you may never see your wedding photos, and you will likely only receive minimal compensation. Many couples were "paid" to remain silent, and we later discovered multiple others with disappointing experiences. Tony withheld our video repeatedly; when it was finally sent, it was poorly done and had been uploaded to their website before we even met with him. Without posting this review and requesting a meeting, I have no doubt he thought he would have gotten away with it. During our sit-down, Tony became extremely frustrated and raised his voice, insisting that he was being called a "racist." I never directly called him racist, but his behavior and remarks throughout the day could easily be perceived that way. He made numerous unprofessional and unethical comments that negatively affected me, my mother, and the entire bridal party.. Please, save yourself the heartache and avoid this company. Before knowing I didn't have photos I was unhappy with the service. Tony's behavior, lack of professionalism, and failure to deliver on promises were devastating. I will never ever get this day back. All venues should reconsider allowing ADA to be part of their vendor lists and bridal shows. 0 stars should be allowed to be given
