One of the clients ends up leaving without being serviced so I ended up being sat pretty quickly after but had that client not left, I could've been sitting there for hours waiting. As the stylist is asking me about the style I want, I show her what I booked only to learn I was mislead by the website and had to bring my own hair for the sew-in so couldn't get the style I booked for. The stylist was very sweet and did her best to accommodate me with another style but it just seems unorganized and not well managed.

At no point was I told that the result might be different or that my hair could not achieve the color I requested. Instead, I paid a very high price expecting professional results and left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and honestly upset. I also wasted hours of my time for something I never asked for. Beware Was misquoted…read more Hair smelled fowl Hair came undone from the roots Just removed the braids from my daughters hair today after a little less than a month Was quoted $350.00 for service and $9 per pack for hair it was a deceptive practice the total came to $620.00 ( at checkout Albertine said it's $620.00 $90.00 per pack / bundle of hair) plus $350.00 for the service although your flyer says hair included. Sent the owner and email to try and resolve so since you refused to refund the money I'm going to move forward with telling about my child's experience. Please hire professional braiders that will install human hair properly. Stop taking advantage of people I drove out to your salon from and hour away with hopes for establishing a positive client relationship this was a nightmare my daughter was crying couldn't continue to wear this style it's tangled and smells terrible.
