I got lucky that my eyelashes are long enough for the treatment. Everyone that worked there was very nice. I showed up about 10 minutes early. There are some papers you need to fill out. My technician was Yana. She was so nice and made me very comfortable. The entire process took about 45 minutes. Everything was clean and neat. The rooms where they do the procedures are nice and quiet, the chairs are comfortable with pillow, knee pillow and a soft blanket. Yana even asked me if I needed a blanket if I was cold. It was a hot day. So I was just fine. I couldn't be happier with the results. My lashes look amazing. So full. Long and dark. It looks like I have perfect mascara and thick thick lashes. I said that I was "disappointed I was being charged full price for a service that was so bad and wasn't even complete" I spoke directly to you and made that very clear and when you just shrugged your shoulders and said "sorry" I said that's really disappointing and that you just lost a loyal customer....you shrugged your shoulders again and walked away. That doesn't show any type of sympathy that shows greediness. A dazzle dry mani pedi never takes over 2 hours, I've had many of them at Q Spa. The tech struggled through every step of the pedicure and manicure. You offered for someone else to finish my service and I said I need to be somewhere in 10 minutes (this was after being there much longer than the service typically takes) and you didn't respect or care for my time you insisted someone else paint my nails. I said yes--what else could I say--and she leaves and some guy finishes the job. Who was he--a nurse's assistant? The janitor? Whoever this guy was, he did a really bad job, ignoring the skin tags on my neck and sticking to my shoulder. I am also not thrilled with the freeze method they use, as I've had the laser method done in the past at other places and the heal time is a fraction of what it takes with the freeze method. Not sure what other places charge for skin tag removal, but I thought $250.00 for about 20 minutes was high--especially when you factor in that the person doing it wasn't barely trained and certainly not qualified, as he missed most of them. Finally, I filled out a questionnaire after my visit; in response, I got an email saying to "call." No contact--so I called and asked for someone in charge and never heard back. At this point, I'm just disgusted with this outfit. Update: After writing another negative review on South Shore's website, I did get a call back. When I complained that the "janitor" ( was informed, humorlessly, that the guy was not a janitor but a student) missed all the skin tags on my neck, I was told that that was impossible--that the NP did 50 and he did 5; she knew that, I was informed, because it was recorded as such. Hah. The NP lied and I, the mere patient, was not believed. So that's that. Some unsupervised student does my left side and misses the neck completely, but I am to pay the same amount as when a pro does it. And, my account of the occurance is not believed. I will say it was very clean. My tech rushed the entire service. She did not soak my gelx off, just buffed it off. I had to ask her to at the very least clean my cuticles before putting on new nails. I asked to wash my hands first and she insisted it was fine. The tech was rushing so much the gel was not curing in the machine. Polish everywhere. $80 for a terrible set, my fingers look like duck bills. Would not return.
